Las Iguanas Ealing - Carte

This has been the second time I have gone there and the food and drinks have been horrible. Very disappointing that this has happened. The drinks tasted like water.

Wow cocktails were amazing I think if I remember lol we had 7 each not watered down The managers Lars was very attentive and met all of our needs the food was also very good

The food was delicious, but the service could have been better. The wait times for both food and drinks were quite long. I often had to flag down the waitress because some items were missing or arrived late at the table.

It was a Friday and there were several large student parties happening, which made the atmosphere extremely noisy; we could barely hear one another. However, when the staff accidentally found out we were celebrating a birthday, they graciously removed the cost of our dessert from the bill.

Very loud place, the food was mediocre, the offer one drink get the second one for free could be great if the waitress didnt bring it both at the same time? We ended up with 6 mocktails for 3 people on the table, full of ice that will eventually melt. Waitress not smiling even once. Not impressed at all Voir le carte

I've eaten at this restaurant several times and usually enjoyed it, but I tried a Cuban sandwich for the first time at night, and it was a big mistake and a total waste of money. The bread was very thin and too small to cover even half of the sandwich filling. Half of the filling was just fatty pork, which made it hard to appreciate the dish. I expected a proper portion of the key ingredients, but what I received was disappointing. Overall, it was not a good value for the £14 I spent.

we were quite disappointed with the time we had to wait for our food and drinks, half hour for our cocktails 45 mins for our food, which we had to ask about so might have been longer. It put a bit of a dampener to our evening as we ate out for a celebration. Also wasn’t greeted when arriving and leaving which is quite rare, especially on a weekday evening when it’s not massively busy. I do feel we shouldn’t have had to pay for tip as the service didn’t meet the standard requirements but you pay before you get the food. It won’t put me off returning completely as I get there can be off days but wasn’t a great first impression. They definitely need to hire more staff as it has potential to be...

Sat in a booth requiring use of the QR code to order. Fine accept not the greatest app. Ordered a cranberry juice then changed our minds, removed it from the order but it still went through. Rather unfriendly waitress proceeded to lecture us on the fact that once order submitted its too late. Seeing as we had pressed submit literally a minute a before, we could cancel, so not a great start. Ordered the Mexican poppadoms and enchiladas. Expected the poppadoms to come first as “nibble while you wait” but they arrived at the same time as the enchiladas which was a little odd as they didn’t tell us this would happen up front.
