"We have been very disappointed about the dinner we had last night in this nice restaurant .It's upsetting that such a great location and charming restaurant has lost the good cuisine it had once .First it was full and only two poor girls were running here and there trying to serve all the tables ,but it took 45 minutes before we could see the entree' ,suggested as a typical marinated trout which had not much flavour .... 40 min later arrived a quite dry leg of rabbit served in a bed of good rosemary risotto ,but too much brown sauce covering the flavour of the rice .The lamb chops were perfectly cooked and served again with good risotto . Not interesting the desserts ,the ice cream was not homemade for sure and was extremely sweet served with tons of warm raspberries full of sugar ....what a pity as they could have just made a simple cake or a good vanilla ice cream !! Nothing to complain about the girls serving as fast as they could ,but please in high season get someone else to help either in the kitchen either outside or as we heard from tables around us ,people won't come back ...."

it is a beautiful restaurant where you feel like home in the Bavarian stube. with rustic wooden facades the rooms will be like a beautiful evening at the fireplace. and the delicious food that can withstand almost a star chef.

the landgasthof adler located in about 8 kilometers from the overcrowded lippertsreute is located in flower-clad factory-planted mufflers. the apartments and apartments are beautiful and spacious. in the gasthof itself, especially the fish dishes are very appetizing.

The eagle is a beautifully original,good restaurant with lots of wood and love to detail.He has been in family business for many years.There are Swabian home cooking and the tasty prepared.On we the eagle is mostly booked.Reservation required.Pension rooms are also offered.Overnight parking is directly in front of the house. on the drive to home fast eat still beautiful factory super environment when they are on the road with the car, they should not beat the bauch. so I chose an appetizer. leberle from the reh brägelen at the price of € 14,50, when they go to a gourmet restaurant, they should not expect pizza prices. but 2 pieces of 5 cm x 2 cm and 1 spoon of crows, so did the cook cut before into the finger?

Gemütlich ist`s im Landgasthof Adler während der Woche und da zur Mittagszeit. Man wird begrüsst, plaziert und fix bedient. Interessante bodenständige und selten vom Jägersmann auf die Speisekarte gesetzte Spezialitäten wie Rehleber und Nierle, aber auch die ganze schwäbische Palette der "Grundnahrungsmittel". An einem schönen Wochenende sollte man unbedingt vorher reservieren, sonst muss man sich etwas anderes suchen...

in the adler farm I celebrated my 70th birthday with friends. in this magnificent, over 300 years old factory house, well maintained and lovingly restored, they feel like at home. in the traditional dining room you can sit on rustic, barely shy maple and enjoy traditional Baden dishes as well as a sophisticated gourmet kitchen. a friendly service and a very tasteful decoration are of course in this family business. As long as we were still living in the lake, we often visited this house and liked it. Voir le carte

Kommen schon seit einigen Jahren 1-2mal im Jahr in den Adler. Sind mit dem Motorrad unterwegs. Also bei schönem Wetter und sitzen immer auf der Terrasse. Schön gemacht unter Bäumen. Reservieren kann nicht Schaden! Küche bringt gute Qualität auf den Tisch. Speisekarte abwechslungsreich mit Standardgerichten und aussergewöhnlichen, regionalen Speisen. Für jeden etwas dabei. Die Qualität hat ihren Preis - zu Recht. Service aufmerksam und unaufdringlich. Innen eher rustikal. Landgasthof eben. Aber schön eingedeckt, mehrere Gasträume. Gute Sanitäranlage. Der Adler ist immer einen Besuch wert. Danach die paar Kilometer nach Überlingen an den Bodensee. Ein Klasse Tag.

Gegen 19:30 h trafen wir am Gasthof ein und ohne Reservierung bekamen wir nur einen Tisch auf der halb vollen Terrasse. Die Bank und die Stühle trockneten wir uns mit Taschentüchern ab, bevor wir die Kissen bekamen. Die beiden Service Damen, die das Restaurant innen wie außen bedienten waren damit zeitlich total überfordert, obwohl fachlich perfekt bedient wurde. Die Wartezeiten zum Erhalt der Speisekarte, der großen Weinkarte und zum Bestellen des Essens waren dementsprechend lang. Wir bestellten Suppen, sowie Schnecken zur Vorspeise sowie, Risotto mit Pilzen, Pfifferlinge mit Rahmsoße, einen Zwiebelrostbraten und Reh mit diversen Beilagen. Die Portionen waren ausreichend, die Präsentation...

"The Turmgasse in Überlingen, when approaching from above, the car is well stowed in the upper parking lot, which is a rather dark corner in winter, here I feel almost the Middle Ages. An iron spiral staircase leads to the small restaurant, which offers good thirty guests space. The ambience is modern, very appealing, visually dominated with the huge slate table. We had a place right on the counter and then the smell from the kitchen becomes noticeable in the evening. This is less disturbing, because I am closer to the working environment in the kitchen: this was pleasantly perceived, especially the pace with which the dishes were prepared was very well organised professionalism. During our daily visit almost all tables were reserved, so a previous registration is advisable. The restaurant is predominantly visited by younger guests, and vice versa, the focus of the served dishes is pizza and pasta. These are also found on the large slate table, this is supplemented by little fish, appetizers or meat. We chose a Vitello Tonnato €9.50 as an appetizer: A phenomenal delicate vein that is decomposed on the tongue, accompanied by a cream sauce that only slightly tasted for tuna. In addition, small warm rolls of pizza dough, overall a very good interpretation of this often as an all-world dish respect! Magnificent in appearance the vigils €16.50: Sure, the bird was sprinkled, which takes almost half of the plate. Well seasoned, yes, but the guard also has many bones in relation to the meat. Here a partial triggering would be a clear relief, especially since the guests who order this could occasionally have fine motor problems with the reserved lighting: I don't like to nag well Bavarian, i.e. not to nail the bones. Excellent the Tagliatelles, which were not only cooked to the point, but were still thrown in a meat sauce. Originally the caramelized fennel as a herbal supplement, which was intense, I would like to eat more often. The desserts were served in a preserving glass, a not only visually successful presentation, but also a very good idea for preparation. On the contrary, the enthusiasm for Panna cotta, as the Panna tasted shortly after cream and the fruit was not really fruity. Significantly more intense the Tiramisu: Beautiful the different structures, fresh the cookies and the mascara cream, wonderfully intense the chocolate spices over it. At the aperitif I prefer the alcohol-free crodino €2,80, which in the bitter note resembles the aperol, but more aesthetically appealing and much better adapted to the food than the fruity Bellini €4,90 . We enjoyed the most expensive white wine, Roero Arneis €29.50, for my taste, yes, neat, round white. For me, the ultimate test for an Italian restaurant of espresso is 1.90 € : thanks to the fine and stable crèma, the ideally high temperature and the intense taste, the Nero is definitely recommended. That's how an espresso tastes. The hostess welcomed almost all guests with embrace. We were warmly welcomed as first visitors and were still in Munich this morning. Most guests are regular guests and there the communication is sometimes intense, so only the additional service remains for the care of the guests. As a conclusion: An excellent quality of Italian cuisine! No extravagants, from the selection correctly oriented to the mainstream flavor. Quickly in service and cordially in care. A good Italian!"
