"Si vous visitez Staufen, la charmante petite ville de la Forêt-Noire, vous devrez certainement visiter ce café-boulangerie pour essayer leurs délicieuses pâtisseries ou chocolats. Leur gâteau de la Forêt-Noire Schwärzwalder Kirschtorte est, du moins à mon avis, le meilleur des nombreux ... autres versions que j'ai essayées en Forêt-Noire! Le gâteau est si fraîchement préparé, avec la composition parfaite de chocolat, de liqueur de cerise et la crème est délicieusement moelleuse. Un coin de paradis dans l'assiette pour moi! : Cette cafétéria a un grand salon à l'intérieur, mais vous pouvez également vous asseoir à l'extérieur quand il fait beau, afin que vous puissiez profiter de votre délicieux gâteau et café tout en profitant de la belle ville chaleureuse de Staufen. Le café est souvent bondé, mais nous n'avons jamais eu à attendre longtemps pour le service. Les serveuses sont également sympathiques"

"On a warm day in spring, Ascension Day 2016, was a nice day in the Black Forest, we stopped on the way back to the camp site in Staufen for an ice cream. This place was recommended and I intend to agree with the previous positive reviews. The ice-store is located in the main street in Staufen and with warm wetter, you cannot overlook the queue. It took us about about 10-15 minutes. Is it worth waiting? Yes! I tasted the Muskateller wine ice and the pear-gingerbread. The latter taste was special, it was good, but in the end I will not take it again (not my taste). The first one, Muskateller wine ice, I definitely would reconsider. It's a kind of tasteful sorbet ice. Really good. Score: 4 out of 5"

"I really want to recommend this place and get it bumped up the list of top restaurants in Badenweiler, not least because it is German in a town full of Italian restaurants (why??? Good hearty dishes, massive portions, traditional decor. They also have a menu in English which is a bonus. I am suitably embarrassed by my terrible 'O ' Level German and deserve to struggle with my 'Gutedelrahmsuppe ' and 'tannengerauchter schwarzwalder schinken 's but it was a relief to be handed a full translation!"

"we stayed on the trip and were very satisfied.The 3 bed room in the style of the 80s (inclusive tube television and cucumber) was large and clean, the beds comfortable.The dinner was tasty and plentiful. the staff served us very friendly. the room price of 80€ incl breakfast I would call cheap. the restaurant prices are normal, appropriate for quality.There is the interesting garden of the sinne - recommended for an evening walk. we'll come back when we're on the way."

"the first things to impress on the blackmatt are the ubiquitous flowers and shrubs and the universal friendliness of the staff in the reception, in restaurant and cleaning staff who feels the gast soon like "one of the family". the second. is the old fashion of the building, its decoration, furniture style and even organization and maintenance of the meals. the evening meal is served from 7 o'clock to 9.30 o'clock when the kitchen closes ' and the breakfast from 7.30 o'clock to 10.30 o'clock the dinner menu offers traditional favorites, also for non-meat meals and is of an above average quality. the breakfast buffet is extensive with two small critikens: the hot food (beans, sausages and meat balls) was not kept hot (the flame had already extinguished before our arrival shortly before 10 o'clock) and there was no protection cover on the cheese range. also, no one explains the buffet layout, the brote, butter, other spreads and jams separated from the rest. the building has seen many beautifications as it was built in the early 70s, the youngest supplement is a spa and hall bath (6m x 10m) the access is not always easy, but older or disabled guests had better ask about the mobiity before confirming a certain room reservation.
