They have been around for quite some time, and I have always been satisfied with the food and service. However, last night, we experienced a significant disappointment, as we waited for over 2 hours, which was unacceptable. Despite this, I must acknowledge that they recognized their mistake and handled the situation well. The customer service was excellent in resolving the issue. I need to share a review. Last night, I mistakenly selected the collection option instead of delivery when I ordered my food. When I called to check on my order, the staff kindly informed me that I had opted for collection and that my meal was ready to be picked up. They were very accommodating, and the food was prepared quickly. It was still hot when I got home, and as always, the meal was fantastic—we love this place! The service was absolutely top-notch. Thank you!

Excellent food. Superb service. Large family gathering, all bespoke requests sorted with ease. Food was piping hot and delicious, drinks well priced and the staff are brilliant. Cannot fault this restaurant. Some of the poor reviews here are not for the lalbagh in Swindon, for a start they do not serve beef. So check the positive reviews and book a table ! You won’t be disappointed ! Kid-friendliness: Children welcome but don’t let them run around as tables are head height for little ones, same as any restaurant.

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time in a while, and I usually find their food to be good. However, this time, the tikka starter was tasteless—it was just plain chicken. The keema naan was like a dense ball of dough with only a little bit of keema inside, which was quite disappointing. The chili masala lacked flavor, was overly saucy, and had only about five tiny pieces of chicken. I often eat out and aim to leave fair reviews, but after spending £28, I can only give a 1-star rating today. I think I’ll stick to my regular restaurant from now on. Tasteless and a waste of money!
