we were eating on Thursday night. it tasted us excellent. the service is extremely competent and very friendly. you just got it!

afternoon teas we enjoyed. fine tasty, attentive and very nice service, wonderful view and great ambiente. very recommended to spend a special afternoon.

Try to book on advance for a table by the window as the view worth half the visit ,, You can have a drink, lunch, dinner snake depending on the service time for each menu..

extravagant, stylish, nobel. from the facility to the personal. we were not hotel guests, but we were allowed to go to the lounge. Thank you. the drinks, the cake, the limousine excellent.

Its a really beautiful and cozy hotel bar. The view from the lounge is absolutely stunning and worth it, to at least have a coffee there. Also the ambiente in the evening is pleasant. The drinks are very well prepared and also the food is very good. I reccommend the Wagyuburger, but they have so much more to offer!

favorite place for an afternoon tea! the location is breathtaking and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. getting there would strognly recommend to take the boat and cable car (instead of car/ bus) because the trip itself is incredible. and if you have some additional free time you can also go hiking and exploring once you are up at the resort. great place to spend a birthday, special occasion or just a sunday afternoon

we came to 10th and with previous reservation and the service did not notice us in the first 10 minutes, totally ignored us. they felt as if it were no matter that we were there. only after I got up and talked to the head of the room, you became humble and came to accept the commands, but again ignored 2 guests so that we had to stop someone again to give up the order completely. the 3 stars are only the super-visibility and thanks to the well prepared drinks.

we were with 7 people to the afternoon tea in the lakeview bar. everything was perfectly prepared at very nice arranged table. unfortunately we sat right next to the wing, which was a little loud. although the musician played very nicely, it was not possible for us to speak with each other. immediately after I had described the problem of the service person, a solution was searched for us and also found. our blankets were very courtesy and we were allowed to take in an adjacent space space. everything perfect and best and also the music was now a very nice companion in pleasant loudness. all salty and sweet foods were a great pleasure incl. wonderful view!
