"we were with 7 people to the afternoon tea in the lakeview bar. everything was perfectly prepared at very nice arranged table. unfortunately we sat right next to the wing, which was a little loud. although the musician played very nicely, it was not possible for us to speak with each other. immediately after I had described the problem of the service person, a solution was searched for us and also found. our blankets were very courtesy and we were allowed to take in an adjacent space space. everything perfect and best and also the music was now a very nice companion in pleasant loudness. all salty and sweet foods were a great pleasure incl. wonderful view!"

extravagant, stylish, nobel. from the facility to the personal. we were not hotel guests, but we were allowed to go to the lounge. Thank you. the drinks, the cake, the limousine excellent.

Kellner können kein Deutsch nur English. Kalte Getränke warm serviert, Kaffe kalt serviert. Platz konnte man nicht selbst wählen sonder man wurde einfach hingesetzt. We appreciated the fact that they give priority to hotel guests and would like to highlight our positive experience with both Ms Gabriela B and Nadine K who facilitated our lovely afternoon here. we came to 10th and with previous reservation and the service did not notice us in the first 10 minutes, totally ignored us. they felt as if it were no matter that we were there. only after I got up and talked to the head of the room, you became humble and came to accept the commands, but again ignored 2 guests so that we had to stop someone again to give up the order completely. the 3 stars are only the super-visibility and thanks to the well prepared drinks.
