I fully agree with what Mr. wrote. Mauro, keep in mind that I have worked in your sector for several years and I can distinguish a reheated dish from a freshly cooked one. If the problem was to stay within the 27 euros per person, it was enough to propose a simpler and more manageable menu. Your kitchen is probably not organized in such a way as to satisfy large groups and daily customers at the same time, but this is a problem that you must solve, it cannot have an impact on customers. Furthermore, insulting a person who had the courage to express their discontent does not do them credit. Of course, compliments are nice, but it is criticism that we must rely on to improve. On the way back from an operation in Gaggio, we stopped. We were in a hurry and made this known, the manager worked hard to do it as soon as possible. Nice, welcoming environment. Ciao. Sono arrivato in questo ristorante dopo una passeggiata in zona, posso dire che già dall'ingresso siamo stati accolti da un signore molto simpatico, il servizio è stato ottimo, cosa non posso dire del cibo. La mia opinione è che lo chef andrebbe cambiato o almeno dovrebbe fare un altro corso di formazione. Il cibo non era terribile, ma può essere migliore. Tutto il resto è pulito, in un ambiente piacevole. Darò loro un'altra possibilità e tornerò.
