We made the route of the pots south and stopped there to eat a super rich and lovingly cooked lebaniego. the environment is familiar, the treatment very personal and we will definitely come back.

I love the fact that this place even exists a bar in a tiny mountain village at the end of a dead end road. The fact that it serves good food, beer, and is open all the time makes it heaven, especially when you've just got back from a long hot walk in the hills above Tudes.

Un lugar excepcional. cuesta llegar a las ollas, pero una vez allí vale la pena subir a sus dedos, no sólo para las vistas sino también para la taberna inglesa. No es sólo la comida, fue genial, es el lugar en sí. la atmósfera, la decoración. Volveré cuando llegue a Cantabria.

el interior del bar es impresionante, decorado con mimo y con un acuerdo de 10 tamaños. el que lleva el bar nos ha explicado un poco las imágenes que están en las paredes del bar y nos ha permitido subir al primer piso para ver cómo era la cocina típica del área del siglo xvii. Voir le carte

We fell by chance at this restaurant bar and, in fact, it couldn't be better. We ate on the terrace, with spectacular views. The cooked levaniego was very rich, and also the only ring of the cow. The boy who attended us was charming and the atmosphere of the bar, very familiar and very nice. To repeat insurance!

We stayed across the road in their accommodation and were expecting to eat out elsewhere as Tudes is a very small hillside hamlet. However, the service, food and value at la Taberna Del Ingles were so surprisingly good that we ate here several times more than expected! The menu is fairly simple home cooked Spanish fayre but excellently prepared, generous portions and extremely tasty. Pizza was surprisingly excellent as well. A great place for a meal out or a drink at the end of a walk or for a mid point refreshment.

Quaint little place in Tudes. We were doing the usual hiking routes in the area and came across this hidden treasure. Staff is helpful and with a bit of effort and a lot of hand gesturing, you will be able to attain information of the sites and activities off the beaten path. Food is excellent, organic, fresh, local and cooked to order. The smells of the landscape mixed with the spices of the Cocido evoke simpler times. But with WiFi. A rustic source of food, conversation and local secrets that will steer you away from the leaflet and into the true Spanish culture of the area. Voir le carte
