Food was excellent quality, some dishes could do with a little more flavour, but portions are too small. Needed a kebab to finish me off, not ideal considering the cost. This restaurant is incredible! My partner and I really appreciated the concept of serving high-quality, healthy food that nourishes the body. Every dish we tried was not only delicious but packed with flavor. It was truly one of the best meals I’ve ever experienced. We can’t wait to return! After trying several Michelin-starred restaurants, this place has become our new favorite! Service: Dine-in.

The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully composed to create some fabulous dishes. I appreciated the emphasis on sustainability and local ingredients. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. The prices were very reasonable for such high-quality fine dining. The atmosphere was cozy and quirky, with a thoughtfully curated drinks menu. Back to try new chefs menu A return after a couple of years to try the new chefs food (turns out he is a returner). The ethos has changed a bit since last time. There were a choice of small and slightly larger plates. Reasonable selection of choices. We started with: Cold meat plate Mushroom Potato slices with cockle Mayonnaise Meat was a cold plate with nice pickles, the potato was delicious but the Mushroom was sensational. We had two main plates, one chicken one mackerel both delicious. Drinks were lovely, though, whilst kombucha was very good, it is quite costly. We had the 4 course Friday evening menu (that changed every 6 weeks! and had a really great time! Service and ambiance were spot-on, it is very clear to see that somebody poured all of their love into this little box of culinary wonders. The wine matching was great as well. The food was exceptionally light, so to be perfectly honest, after the second dish we got quite drunk. Keep that in mind when you’re not too hard-drinking ; ! The only constructive feedback I would have is that for some dishes it would be great to know the order in which way these should be eaten. For example we had a umami tomato flanked by two other small dishes, and we should have eaten the tomato last as its umami-nes...

The food here is Michelin three star quality, meaning that you can't find better. The ingredients are treated with respect and an enormous amount of effort goes into their preparation, which left me happy with the size of the (not inconsiderable) bill at the end. What separates this from a starred restaurant is all about the physical stuff: environment, service etc which is fine by me. This is not Nouvelle Cuisine. The tasting menu is small portions, but the quantity and pace means that you can enjoy each fully.
