"Evening meal on Saturday June 25, 2022. Pleasant setting and beautiful terrace. Meal good. However, the service provided by the person in charge of our table was poor. We have been here several times and the service was good. However, upon our arrival the menu and wine lists are placed on the table without any comment. Not a smile, not a little word to welcome us. We order an aperitif. Aperitif served, but we had to call the person back 20 minutes later to take our order for the main course. The way the drinks are placed on our table is unlike anything, no style, no memorization of which of us 2 ordered the red wine or the white. At the end of the main meal, the waitress literally throws the dessert menu on our table, without a word or a look. My wife was almost shocked. When this person comes to order dessert, we finally tell them that we won't have any. And she seems upset about our decision. I ask him for the bill and bring me the bill from another table. I will then pay at the bar to express our disappointment with this deplorable customer service which destroys everything that the rest of the team does in the kitchen and in the establishment. The person to whom I reported our disappointment offered us the establishment's apologies and listened attentively to our comments. A great example that the quality of staff and service is essential in all businesses."

Very disappointed. We ate a starter for 200 francs. Too bad the setting is magnificent but it's better to go to the Bateau restaurant, the value for money is much better.
