La Sala - Menu

vegan hot dog, has made the job. this restaurant was the second option, since the first in the contrary had no vegan, which was strange this restaurant seems the best for vegans in the opposite at the time of writing in walking distance the menu has 8 or 9 vegan dishes including burger, stew, gyoza etc.

However, the same herbal curry is €2 cheaper on the normal menu compared to the Veggie / Vegan menu. Ate the vegan bangers mash and had a glass of the house red. Well done, only complaint was thatI could’ve used more potatoes! The gravy was tasty and the peas added an authentic angle to a traditional British dish; from what I understand this place is a regular hang out for folks from the UK! I’ve read that the staff here can be rude/abrupt but found them to be warm and congenial! Valentine (I believe that was his name! was kind, polite and attentive.

It's quite surprising to see a fair amount of vegan dishes on a menu for a place like this. When you walk in, it doesn't exactly give off the vibe of a vegan-friendly establishment, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had the gyozas and Beyond Burger, both which were very good. They had other vegan dishes like bangers and mash, curry, and carbonara pasta. The live music was on the loud side, but the wait staff was friendly enough to lower the volume on the speakers close to our table.

Loved La Sala, it is a really great restaurant with amazing vibe. You will need to reserve! They have clearly indicated vegan options across their menu and a variety. I had the vegan carbonara with fake bacon and it was delicious. Not too heavy and very refreshing. It comes with cheesy garlic bread which I thought was impressive. Another in my party had the vegan burger and found it delicious. We also shared the fake beef salad which we loved. Staff were a bit abrupt but I think that is just the culture. Went to La Sala on the other night with my husband, we are both long-term 100% vegetable vegan, La Sala has now improved it vegan options and they are even better than those they had before. A really excellent choice of about 12 dishes, beautifully presented and prepared by their very talented cook. We both agree that the restaurant is not a dedicated plant-based venue, its chef has really excellent vegan dishes, a real loan produced to La Sala. We had a great time, the whole environment is alive, elegant and fun. It makes a change in such a restaurant and does not have to be satisfied with the usual hummus and avocado, we love these foods on the way, but so good to have a real choice of suc...
