Endroit confortable, bon menu, vue fantastique sur les montagnes. De quoi d'autre avez-vous besoin. Pas 5 étoiles car pas de surprises étonnantes dans les assiettes et ce n'est pas vraiment bon marché. En tout cas, un très bon choix.

We recently had a great Dinner (nice table in the upstairs room) for a very reasonable price. They serve excellent and very tender meat (which is their speciality). Perfectly cooked. The wine list includes a number of very reasonably priced local wines, the cheese is local

Just outside of Chamonix is a restaurant worth finding. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. We went on a very sunny April day and sat outside with fantastic views of the Mont Blanc Range. Mon mari et moi avons visité La Remise il y a quelques jours lors de notre lune de miel et cela a largement dépassé nos attentes ! La nourriture était délicieuse, belle et créative et le propriétaire était très accueillant et serviable. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à tout le monde. Chaque plat que nous avons commandé a été soigneusement préparé et le repas est devenu de mieux en mieux avec un incroyable dessert final.

Iv visited la remise twice on both occasions were superb the steak is the nicest steak iv ever eaten so tasty and cooked just how i like it medium to well i brought my 2 children with they are fussy eaters and the chef made them chicken nuggets with mash and chips and put the chips on the plate like jenga the game the kids was delighted and ate every bit. We were well looked after from the moment we walked in to the moment we left id recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We visited La Remise last week as a party of four and although the restaurant was quiet we had a delightful time. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and explained each dish in detail....we had the seven course tasting menu. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The restaurant is thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. My favourite dish was the woodland soup..a light mushroom consommé and a brioche bun which looked like a fairytale mushroom! This little restaurant could be a poster for tourism at the Mont Blanc region and can definitely put to shame many of Paris' best chefs. Tables with a view of the Mont Blanc in a traditional chalet settings only enhance the experience. The food was divine and prepared with the freshest local ingredients. It was one of my best meals ever. We even bought a huge loaf of their homemade bread for €5. The staff is fluent in English and can give you a detailed explanation for each dish. The ideal place for English speaking gourmets!

This is always our go to place for any occasion. The food is always spectacular, has a high level of service and great ambience. Their menu is great value for the food delivered. Each dish presented is a work of art, really thought out and imaginative! and of course, delicious! We've visited as a couple, a group of friends, and as a family- it's suitable for all. We celebrated my 30th birthday there; John and Morgane really went out their way to make sure I had such a special day. They are superb and warm hosts.Cannot recommend this place enough!

I called in advance asking for my boyfriend who is vegan. When we arrived they were very sweet and told us everything that my boyfriend could eat, and the chef even suggested a vegan asparagus risotto (unfortunately for vegans, the choice is always a risotto... so he didn't feel like it). But they tried! :) The consomme of wild mushrooms was delicious and the dishes served to us were gorgeous. I ordered the trout and the cooking of it was perfectly moist and sauces were fabulous. My boyfriend got the collection of veggies, and although they were good, no extra love was given to them but they were steamed very well. He did love, however, the spinach with the pine seeds.
