"We went to the restaurant as we did for the last 3 years being residents in Andratx , and tonight was by far the worst client service weve ever received ever in any restaurant. Ive been travelling all over the world as my job requires me too and ive always looked forward to come home to my local restaurant le Plaza in Andratx. We arrived at around 6.30pm without reservation and were seated down as the restaurant was quiet. My wife, son and I were sat down and we were pleasantly greeted by the waitress who took our drinks orders. After we ordered food: I ordered the tagliatelle with steak, we ordered the mini Hawaiin pizza for my son and my wife had the Boscaiola. After my son and I got served first her dish came out with completely the wrong ingredients, we sent it back offcourse. Then it came back again with even more of the wrong ingredients. The waitress was also apparently the owner and the chef. Luckily my wife speaks fluent spanish because when we enquired with the owner the couldnt speak english anymore. We simply asked why the dish couldnt be delivered and she couldnt answer, she was very short and left. I got up from the table and went into the restaurant and showed the simple ingredients to her in the menu to make the dish. Her dish never came! Our wine we ordered never came. We overheard her telling the waiters that they should get rid of us . Of travelling all over the world ive never been treated like this before, especially by an owner of a restaurant. Like I said this was our favourite local restaurant for 3 years, but now we will steer clear of this place. Hopefully when you go there you wont be treated like a child by the owner. To the owner: you are extremely rude and unthankful for what you have. We know the waiters well of the restaurant and they profusely apologised as we (actually paid) and left."

Buen sitio calidad precio. Cantidades muy grandes por un buen precio. Unica pega, tardaron bastante en servirnos sin haber avisado previamente de que el servicio podria ser lento.

The restaurant food was amazing and VFM. Tony was a warm and friendly host. The children bought a football and played in the square with the Spanish children. Such a lovely stmosphere in a lovely town. Thankyou Tony

We were in this restaurant for the first time. Initially we were served nicely (lady with short black hair) and our order was taken quickly. When we still didn't get a starter after more than an hour, we asked our waitress. This replied that looks after. Then she wanted to bring us bread with olives again, which we had had for a long time. The remaining appetizers were missing and we didn't get any further feedback when we got our food. We were ignored by the lady for the rest of the evening. After about 1.5 hours our appetizers came from another waiter. Since we were annoyed and disappointed at this point because there was not even an apology, etc., we ordered our main courses to take away....

Ive given this pizzeria numerous times to deliver me a good pizza but they are always undercooked and very late delivery up to 1 hour 30 mins and when you complain nobody worries as the owner her self isn't concerned they also have the cafe next door but I would also give it a miss as the little arrogant thing that works there resells patisseries from the day before and when you complain your told the owner tells her to sell stale patisseries Le he dado a esta pizzería varias veces para que me entregue una buena pizza, pero siempre están poco cocidas y se entregan muy tarde hasta 1 hora y 30 minutos y cuando te quejas, nadie se preocupa, ya que el propietaria no está preocupado, también tien...
