Sat in the restaurant in the moment as staying in Stresa for a week, the food is really nice tried to order a desert and the service was terrible it’s like they can’t wait to get rid of it’s a shame as really enjoyed the food so 3 stars

Nicely located in the main square with other restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as we wanted to share a pizza and a salad. Absolutely no problem Both were great and we have zero complaints. Also very reasonable cost. All round winner

Great restaurant, well situated in the middle of the main square in Stresa. Busy atmosphere but still able to talk to each other. Food was delicious and came really quickly. Our waiter wasn’t the friendliest but it could have been the language barrier and didn’t stop us having a great time! Would definitely recommend Voir le carte

Bel ristorante nella piazza principale di Stresa. Abbiamo cenato fuori dove ci sono altri ristoranti che fondamentalmente monopolizzano l'intera piazza e se lo dividono. Luogo classico per i turisti che rappresentano la maggior parte dei clienti. Ho notato solo dopo aver ordinato che la cucina è di 30 metri perché è in un'altra stanza e quindi i camerieri devono continuamente andare avanti e indietro con i piatti che tracciano. aria aperta e per ragioni igieniche non è il massimo. First night in Stresa so just taking in the sights and sounds of the place. Passed several restaurants that weren 't open at the time and feeling hungry stopped in the square and chose this venues menu. Not sure if we chose the right place upon meeting the somewhat 'unhappy ' staff. The staff did go through a change whilst we were there so maybe it had been a long day for them, though attitude didn 't change that much... As for the food is was ok, the wife had a mushroom pizza, not sure if the mushrooms were tinned, slightly slimey though very strong tasting. Dreadful. Avoid at all costs. Worst service I’ve ever had. It was a busy evening but the majority of waiting staff were only focussed on turning tables. Not actual service. After ordering, we were given a cold bottle of red wine. When I complained, I was told it was because it was hot outside…(well then keep it temperature controlled, not in the fridge with the white! the glass and bottle actually had condensation on the outside because of how cold the wine was!
