We wanted to try some real Italian pizza and this had been recommended but we where a bit disappointed the staff where friendly and helpful and the pizza was massive but we were not overwhelmed with the food.

The perfect pizza dough. the possibility of combining tastes (we chose pumpkin flowers, boiled potatoes and cheek, cilentana). the chips are delicious, very pleasant consistency. also vegetables (especially eggplants) my mom! the place really nice and cozy! It will take you some time to reach this restaurant, but this trip will be worth it

We stopped here and found nowhere else to go. it really surprised us, first for the very cozy place where you sit (with a mention of honor for the well maintained space between the tables) and then with the delicious food. good and very abundant appetizers. first large, but with a contained portion. the first is served with a series of condiments such as Parmesan, the local cacioricotta (which I would recommend to those who want to taste something typical of the clento) and chili. Good desserts. only sin is the service that is not always optimal. recommended for both those who live nearby, and for those who are on holiday here.

Giungano is a tiny village nestled in the Cilento mountains in the south of Italy and you can almost count the population on one hand. How then do they make such great pizza?! This restaurant has a breathtaking panorama (hence the name! and is always extremely busy in the summer, simply because the setting is pleasant and the pizza is excellent. The classic Margherita is a must, but also try zucchini flowers when in season, smoked mozzarella and ham, sausage and mushroom.
