Everything Was perfect local fresh and homemade food ! I really recomend it to you ! It is the place to go also the chef is very friendly and the team is always available. Price/Quality = honnest !

We were looking for a place to stop for lunch when we discovered this restaurant. The food is fantastic and the service was immaculate. The locally produced dried ham was the best i have ever eaten, make sure to try it :-)

Me and my husband booked a table for the evening to celebrate our 7th annivercery of marrige. We booked the 5 course surprise menu and went for according wines to each dish.Nice decorated dining room with a cozy athmosphere. The menu was innovative, well made and very tasty and the wine package was well balanced. The service was friendly and proffessional.Delicate and exxellent!

We had five-course tasting menu lunch on the restaurant terrace overlooking Lake Neuchâtel. Each course was a visual and culinary delight accompanied by a glass of wine. There was even a red wine for the cheese plate and a sweet wine for dessert. We left delighted without feeling heavy in the stomach. This restaurant merits recognition and is suited for those who want a gourmet meal in a simple setting.

Hidden away in the sleepy village of Sauges, what a find - my partner and I tried the 5 course surprise menu with accompanying wines and it was quite simply delicious - fine food at its best, beautiful to look at and so full of flavor. My partner is a big eater and he was worried he'd still be hungry afterwards but not at all. Amounts were just right - delicate but fullsome where you needed it in the main. Bravo! Excellent service, very nice accompanying wines. Only critique I would say is the main room is a little overlit for me with overhead spotlights in the ceiling and a little too sparsely decorated - didn't feel cosy. Voir le carte

This should be a double review because we went there as a couple, one omnivorous and one vegetarian. While the meat/fish dishes were apparently very good, I was unfortunately quite disappointed with the vegetarian options. I had an entrée which was quite tasty, but the cheese taste outweighed the vegetables. The main course was overall too much of the same squashy texture and didn't taste very good. Luckily, the dessert was delicious, and somewhat saved my night. The wine was good. Apart from that, the service was generally good, they are very welcoming. The decor is very simple, minimalistic even, white walls, no table cloths. All in all, I will not be going back.

French cuisine of the highest kind. This is one of the best gastronomic experiences we had in Switzerland. Nestled on a hill with vineyards, this inconceivable location houses a magnificent, high-quality restaurant exemplary for large kitchen. Each course was absolutely...fantastic, prepared with the greatest attention, exquisite detail, not only visually appealing, but also the taste, oh this taste that you can never forget. Among the five of us, we have tried exactly about each court. I especially enjoyed the steak tarts I found when I dressed it on half a round of Focaccia, which I first dressed with delicious French salted butter. Nothing to say about the food that was very good, but a trifle on the salty side perhaps, so there are no salts and paprika on the tables.! Everything is locally produced, fresh and made at home and was well prepared. The menu is on the short page a lot of game on the day we were, and the service is efficient and can not wait a bit too long until the wine arrives. The only criticism is that the dining room area has little warmth and the staff might be more concerned with its guests so that the atmosphere is less formal.
