J'ai eu un bon cadeau en août 2020 pour un week-end dans cet établissement mais impossible à réserver car il est fermé. cet établissement m'a offert le remboursement, mais j'attends toujours .. depuis le début de Septembre! quel manque de sérieux et de respect! Voir le carte

There is Michael Jordan for Basketball and then there's Marc Veyrat for "cuisine" Probably the best chef in the world...don't bother about guides and ranking just try La Maison des Bois and then make your own opinion. On top of that Marc Veyrat is a wonderful host and he is actually in his kitchen unlike many overmarketed stars in this category. One last advice go for the full 11-12 course menu...anything less would be very frustrating!

Quelle belle expérience ! Nous avons vu la construction de la maison et a été un privilège de découvrir son résultat. Ne t'inquiète pas. C'est un lieu magique et hors du temps qui ne rivalise pas avec les autres. On est à Marc Veyrat. C'est tout. Nous ne savons plus où jeter les yeux, donc chaque détail est magnifiquement pensé. tout est supposé et la présence du leader sur le côté de ses hôtes est un privilège de réélection. un grand bavo aussi à toute l'équipe pour le dévouement et l'excellence qu'il démontre.

le samedi 17 mars, pour déjeuner après la maison des bois, il neige beaucoup. Bienvenue à notre arrivée, boissons à côté du kamin, carte des vins et menu nous expliquent. une merveilleuse expérience culinaire nous attendait et nous avons eu la chance que marc veyrat, le propriétaire et le chef soient là. on pouvait lui parler, lui poser des questions drôles et extraverties, en regardant tous les petits détails au fur et à mesure que les plats étaient servis. Je recommande vivement ce fabuleux restaurant 3*Michelin. le personnel était très bon et sympathique, le service rapide, pas d'attente entre n'importe quel plat, ainsi que pour manger et l'expérience de manger là-bas, ça vaut vraiment le... We started with a very nice light lunch outside at the restaurants terrace about 6 hours before dinner, followed by the best massage ever in the spa, a couple of hours relaxing in our charming comfortable suite, before entering the restaurant for the large menu "La Grande Fête Dans les Étoiles" for dinner. It was truly a magical culinary tasty journey from the first gourmet pre-dinner infront of the fireplace to the very last dish served. Wow! We checked in on a beautiful sunny afternoon in Marc Veyrat's domain and were directly welcomed by... himself! I have to admit that I consider Chefs as rockstars so this encounter was very surprising and pleasant. Indeed, the Chef is more than approachable and he loves to talk about food and nature. He is truly an amazing personality and likes to spend time with his guests. We stayed one night in one of his chalets, which was also a very nice experience. My wife and I visited La Maison des Bois for lunch during a skiing trip to La Clusaz, our expectations were very high but the experience exceeded our expectations!We had the 10 course lunch menu which come at EUR 295 pp with wine pairings, Yes its quite steep but in our opinion worth every EUR (and you can probably skip dinner like we did after this 4½ hour fabulous lunch!)
