We loved this place. Good view and delicious ice cream. The service was good and everything was clean. I recommend cafe as well

I was standing there for like min while all they waiters were pretending not so see me lol.. than i left :D so I could not try their overpriced ice cream

unfortunately we were there too, one of the worst places in düsseldorf. service is not really nice, they do not know exactly what they pay because they do not get their bill. never again Voir le carte

this place is a tourist trap. we ordered two double espressos, a cappuccino and a bottle of water and were charged only the bottle water was ten euro. not even in london you would get away with it.

We only stopped for a coffee, so the verdict is based on just that. The espresso was good, the service ok. The prices high of course. The caf s outside terrass on the Rheinufer walk is on the other hand quite lovely. So for a coffee...or drink just fine.

Terrible service. Saw a massive streak of hair in my ice cream and wanted to cancel my order. It took minutes to call the manager. He said I waited too long and I should just eat it and that’s how it’s like in Germany....Will never visit again. Absolutely not recommended. Voir le carte

tourist trap. overpriced and the service is a chaos. we've ever had hot chocolates with straws that melted in it. After we told the server/manager, we only replied without drinking. Beyond that it was not even good, they don't speak...an English, did not ask for Kovid Pass and worked without masks. place ever, worst!

Normally I would never give a star however this place is just a rip off. The ice cream is just so so, however the price is totally overpriced. Double Of other ice cream places in town and its not like they have a super...beautiful scenery or the ice cream is super tasty that you are willing to pay the price. However if you want to try the feeling of being cheated then you should try it out.

We’ve come here each time there is sunshine in Düsseldorf, or when we have guests for an coffee, ice cream or waffle. Today they waitress absolutely shocked us telling us that if we order a coffee and a tea (around euro value) that we...can’t stay. In order to stay we need to order a waffle or an ice cream on top. Well sorry, no we do not! Nowhere but here! This is rude and incredible that you still have any customers. You are serving double espresso for Euro. If people still decide to sit there for that insane price you can not tell people what to order. I hope someone more customer oriented gets that good located spot of Düsseldorf soon.
