good quality meat, excellent assortment of the famous Apulian bombs, we ate angus, frisona and bombettes, with appetizer of meat and cheese accompanied by a local wine discreet, excellent cuisine, staff not professional but kind, quality ratio very good price

the new room is immense, well maintained in the decor and clean but it turns out a little noisy and the smell of the grill stagnates too much in the environment. service is attentive despite the chaos of Saturday night. the quality of the food remained unchanged compared to the old home. the only flaw in my opinion, is the unique price for processed meat (20 € per kg) which is valid for both the bombettes (very many, for all the gouits and for the fegatini, sausages, straccetti and poultry unlike the price of the meat to the cut that obviously, is superior and specific by type. this choice unfortunately, can alter the final account if it relates to what has been consumed.
