Wow wow wow. Stopped here for a snack and I have NEVER had such a good gazpacho! If you are in Benahavis you have to come here and try it

This is my favorite place for breakfast in benahavis Christina is so efficient and their scrambled eggs are to die for fantastic full breakfast and great coffee and orange juice highly recommend Voir le carte

Great little find. Busy with locals. Very reasonably priced. Good breakfasts and a 3-course set lunch including a drink. Choice of 4 starters, mains and deserts. All for only 9 Euros. Indoor and outdoor seating. Christine manages the front of house and Caro, her mother, runs the kitchen. Simple and delicious home cooked food.

A lovely little cafe where you can sit and have an amazing breakfast or at lunchtime a 3 course meal all homemade. We didn't have time to visit this month but if you would like to sit with the locals and soak up the atmosphere in Benahavis and maybe just have a beer or a coffee it really is lovely. Its the first eating place you come to as you enter the village run by a very hard working lady who is always very welcoming.

In this little local place you can get a starter, a main, dessert and a coffee as a daily special for 9 €. The menu is on a board in Spanish but they do speak well English. The choices on the day were a soup or salad for starter, mains were chicken, pork og fish with fries and then cheesecake for dessert and coffee of your choice. Very simple but also very tasty and the service is quick and friendly. We went back for breakfast the next day and for that they do have a menu in English. They had a variaty of bocadillas , eggs, bacon etc. and the orange juice is freshly squeezed ! Good on a budget but also very good if you want to meet the locals ! Voir le carte

Avoid this cafe. Much better places in the area. I notice all the good reviews appear to be pre pandemic. We visited post pandemic in August high season and had a poor experience for breakfast. Service was surly and rushed. We were told there were “no menus” in view of covid (every other place we visited in Spain had offered an online menu instead but this was not provided . We reluctantly ordered breakfast from the few options provided by the waitress. 3 plates of very basic scrambled or fried eggs and tinned beans or grilled tomato and a very small bread roll with cheese and tomato paste was served.
