"As a family, we have supported this restaurant for years, so the level of service we received was incredibly disappointing, especially for a family-run business. I tried to contact the restaurant directly that night, only to be told, “we’re closed,” before the call ended abruptly. I followed up with a message on Facebook to express my frustration, but received a terse, rude, and unhelpful response claiming that no booking had been made! There was a noticeable lack of remorse for the predicament they had left us in, and I barely received an apology. This experience has completely changed my view of the restaurant and its management. I’m extremely disappointed, especially since our previous experiences there had been impeccable. I sincerely hope that anyone with upcoming reservations for special occasions does not have to go through what we did."

Great Pizza, nice Garlic sauce. Cosy Atmosphere and ambient Italian music in the background along with Some good Decor and GODFATHER pictures. Pleasant service and decent choice of Menu starters, mains, sides and desserts.

I had an excellent meal with friendly and efficient staff. For dinner, the experience was wonderful. The price per person was around £20–30. I would rate the food a solid 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. Highly recommended!

Had lovely Evening Family Meal on 24th March at the best (check the reviews) not just my opinion, the best Italian Restaurant in Swindon. Sue greeted us and was very welcoming and asked after my Family and our Nephew who sadly couldn't come. We had a very friendly Waiter who was very attentive and knew all about the dishes on the Menu and what was in them, which was refreshing to have someone wait on you that knows about the Food. The dishes we ordered were absolutely sublime and so full of delicious flavour, the Chef really knows how to cook amazing Italian Food. I always rate La Carbonara and so do my Family. It really is a pleasure coming to the Restaurant and never disappointing. BRAVO!!...
