"La storia narra che nel arrivarono dei Cinesi a Castellamonte,non si sa bene per quale motivo lavorativo,e ai tempi fu' un evento assolutamente unico,ed il bisnonno degli attuali proprietari che li conobbe,decise di dedicargli il nome del ristorante,prima situato in paese.Da sempre quindi gestione familiare,situato fuori dal paese per andare verso la montagna, è un locale molto bello e classico,con arredamento antico,tanto legno e belle ceramiche (stufe di Castellamonte,dei pezzi antichi molto pregiati) Il mangiare,di primo ordine, è assolutamente tipico,si mangia a volontà e a prezzi sempre modesti.Le cameriere passano sovente con tante portate diverse,qui ci si alza sempre sazi.Ottimi gli arrosti,il salam patata,il vitello tonnato antico,e tanto tanto altro.La proprietaria è una persona molto travolgente,vi rimarrà nel cuore.Se volete provare Piemontese vero,qui siete nel posto giusto.Sempre pieno,per me caffè da rivedere però.Ci tornerò sempre,favoloso"

"We went twice. Once for the menu food, once for pizza. Stay with the pizza, they are great: great bread, good toppings. Maybe the plate could have been preheated to keep the pizza warm.
