"the truth is that I don't know HOW!!! But after turning around, at this time I covid!, and going through his door several times...; I decided to go in. The place is “minimalist”, as it is to expect from a bar trail!! . Good atmosphere and, music to the volume joto and well chosen for the local. The owner..., not being “but not being assiduous”..., looks at you..., hahahahaha. but not much less does it wrong!. I have to say that he is a person “very eye!@. to me, he has hunted me the first!. Poca variety, really, for what I expect from a “gastro bar”; but, without knowing how to qualify, perhaps correct and appropriate. Good wines; I in my line “syibarita”....; and although I have some of my preference..., I was pleased with a “Pago de Capellanes”... obviously...., great smile of pleasure in my face!!!.My idea was to “make something”.... we understand this concept. I am hungry, but not for dinner!!!. I asked for some anchovy toast and another of “cod carpccio”...; sad!; simple skewers for wine!!! We changed!! I asked for the “catxopo”..... sad even more...!!!; reheated and irrisory!.... I asked for the “ballets and ham”.....y...!!!! finally!! delicate taste, softness in the bechamel of a “croqueta made with affection” and, well DATE.A wine and the possible lidar logic of having a good glass of wine..., and that you can sell the bottle.... the croquettes... the atmosphere....... the wines................... your particular personality.... the “rest”....... when I pass by Cuéllar........ return!!!"
