"I had reserved and called again on the same day if the reservation is in place. This was confirmed to me. However, the arrival was not finished. So we'd have to wait a few minutes and then we were asked a table. The table was not designed for five people and was quickly covered for the corresponding number of guests. The cutlery was touched with the hand above and served. Unbelievable. The menu was simply placed on the table and said “here the cards” . No personal handover nor a welcome nor were the dishes explained etc. We had someone with a nut allergy here, too, show themselves extremely inflexible and could not offer a suitable dish, because half of the appetizers contained nuts. The goat cheese ougat (appetizer) was a block full of nuts and very boring in taste, although beautifully dressed on the plate with red beds. We waited for the main dish for about 1 1/2 hours! The waiters were, like I said later, quite new and not yet so trained, which I do not think goes at a menu price of almost 60€. The waiters constantly fell down, were only responsible for the orders of the drinks and could not provide any information about the wines. The main dish was completely boiled and far away from Rosa was visually well dressed but tastefully bad. When we paid and our jackets wanted, we had to look for them from the Jacken area (although they were taken off before). There was a little mess. A number system would definitely help here. All in all our first and last time there. You could have noticed if you were going into the building. Best to avoid!"
