"Very good ambiance, kind and friendly service but not heavy... i really appreciated this place. And the food was simply awesome ! I heaviltly recommand the bread soup, and the sweat potato soup and we simply loved the smoked salmon. With a beer and local...likor we paid euros. A bit pricy for Leipzig but I would definitely go again !!"

This is a good spot for afternoon coffee in Mãdler Passage in the Zentrum. We have walked by it for years and had not stopped in until today. Photos tell the tale.

Do not go if you have children! We were quite rudely turned away because we had a pram and no attempt was made to accommodate us even though there were numerous free tables.

Stopped in for coffee and pastry and were seated right away. The atmosphere was very nice in the outdoor table area. I had a pastry and coffee. Both were tasty. Service was great!

We ordered a drink before looking at the menu. We waited minutes before being served a beer and coke. During that time we had not found a pleasing dish on the very concise menu, only snacks. Although the décor is nice I cannot perceive...this as a restaurant.

It was tea time, perfect time for coffee and a little alcohol. We were group of four, and the place was packed. We got a place at the bar though. Not perfect place for a group conversation but still good. The apple strudel was very...good. The service was also great.

I was looking for a good place to eat, asked the nice waiter for a table and was adviced i Got the menu, and ordered something to drink I was NEVER informed the kitchen was closed before on a normal Day.... scammed...for euros and time ! Not a place to go af least for me

We arrived quite late and the restaurant was very busy. However, service was excellent, albeit slightly slow. Towards the end of the evening and we were the last group there, there was no pressure on us to leave. Menu range not very extensive but something...for everyone, and all dishes were very good.
