We tried steaks, once as “STEAK WITH BLUTWURSTKRUSTE” (19,90€ and once with red wine jus. The meat comes as mentioned in my first review from the butchery Braun from Konken, a guarantee for good quality. The steaks served on large preheated plates were approx. 4cm thick, about 300gr heavy, finely massaged and very aromatic, beautiful delicate and juicy, as desired a point medium roasted, simply perfect. In combination with blood sausage crust I did not know Steak yet, for this original variant the cook deserves a special praise, even the intense red wine jus harmonized very well to the meat and the tasty pink and golden brown fried pommes, also very tasty the side salads. We were completely satisfied again and the small restaurant at the lake is acquainted with this second visit to one of our favorite locals."

Discovered it this afternoon on the circular route around Lake Bostal and was there for dinner with the family this evening. Conclusion: incredibly delicious food

What an amazing place to spend the afternoon and have lunch. Large menu full of choices, priced justright,and the service is top knotch above par. A must dining experience!

Arancini were tasty, burgers were dry (sauce would have helped a bit), service was nice and quick. Nice view. But the employee made a mistake in the bill at the end (charged 10 euros too much) which unfortunately only became apparent at home. Voir le carte

Atmosphere: indoors is bad because it’s full of whisky/alcohol smell Food: Very nice! Would come again cheese burger/fries: 10/10 rich patty with toasted bun and yummy pickles. Fries is crispy and nice. green salad: lettuce/cabbage cucumber tomatoes and carrots. chicken nuggets 10/10 Coke: machine with little sparkle English menu provided

I actually wanted to turn around because the entire restaurant was occupied by a party. Luckily I didn't. There was space on the terrace. Despite the announcement that it might take a little longer, a super tasty and inexpensive meal was on the table pretty quickly. Great organization! Traditional German cuisine, as well as many variations of burgers, were offered. Plus friendly and fit staff. You can enjoy a great view of the Bostalsee. The “Kostbar” is worth a real recommendation!
