"The Bianc is manageable, approx. 14 tables cozy and single set with view towards kitchen. Opticly everything was like a small art show, very exciting. The service was really very attentive and the wine accompaniment was class(roll weine), despite the many courses only something for drink-resistant. Tastefully and for eating, it was chosen for my partner and me too much different flavors and the courses too wild. We like to eat and cook ourselves lovingly and with heart. This place is simply chosen to be confused for the stomach, so our stomachs had complaints after eating... Negative is that, the Gänge menu lasted hours and our sitting meat has been curly for a long time (4-5hd), despite hint, the menu is not served faster. In addition, cooking is often freshly cooked, and not precooked for hours and days and kept warm until served. The kitchen itself acts very sterile and not lovingly more practical and visually corresponding to its dishes (Chemielabor like). Tastefully there was some tasty but not everything naturally does not meet every taste this menu would be more affordable and less courses would definitely be worth a further visit accordingly it remains with a one-time visit and only a one-time recommendation. Over 600€ plus tip for 2 people is a proud price."

"Fantastic restaurant in the Hafen-City area of Hamburg. Matteo is a genius chef who does the most amazing culinary tricks all night long. The menu concept is great with lots of little appetizers, then the main menu 6 or 8 courses and to end a wonderful evening lots of little sweet bites. Service is personal, very friendly and professional. The dining room has a modern, relaxed atmosphere and the olive tree connects nicely to the chef’s Italian roots. This is indeed an experience not to be missed when in Hamburg."

"we came as strangers and went as "friends". it is not the excellent food and the great ambiente that attracts one into this very small, cozy restaurant, but if you are there you are directly associated with it. alexandros who makes everything himself entertains with one as if you've known each other for a long time. it is not a restaurant visit but at friends eating. for us is quite clear in the future every hamburg visit with an alexandros visit to put right.The small menu is actually not necessary alexandros suggests to be targeted and served. we had super tasty tappas with a great wein and were then the last guests and have been entertained with alexandros for a long time. thanks that we should be your guests! visit to the next hamburg. uwe and uschi"

"in advance: there is really nothing to stop eating. but I did not feel the atmosphere particularly welcoming. we had luck with a window. on the other hand, in the room standing twoer tables seemed rather sweet. noticeably inattentive was at our evening the service. After serving the main dish was no longer asked whether it was allowed to be a drink or a dessert, and this was not due to the lack of labour force. Pity"
