Always exceptionally well curated exhibitions that develop intelligent and seemingly somewhat deep, almost existential experiences.

The service in this place was the worst I have ever received, the staff should be embarrassed. Very narrow menu too. Avoid at all cost!

Waiting and waiting for a waiter to take your order....They are running like chicken without head. better to put a self service sign and the place is good to go.... Voir le carte

This is a small but delightfull cafe next to the Rhine with tables outside on a nice day or internal seating behind large windows overlooking the Rhine. They serve lovely cakes and coffee, and ideal place to break on a stroll in the area.

KIT-Café is a well situated café near the Apollo and Vodafone buildings on the promenade of Duesseldorf. You can practically just watch passers-by and enjoy the view of the Rhine. It has a very good selection of cakes - I counted 17 (seventeen) cakes! That's monster. The food wasn't my taste - too peppery - though I thought their coffee was good.

This cafe is located along the river which was convenient when heavy rain came down on our river walk. The cafe blends art with food. The cafe is located above an art tunnel below (which wasn't open during my visit). But the food was good and the drinks were good. I liked it, I thought the breakfast was generous for the price, I found the service freindly, and sympathetic to my less than good German speaking attempts. It's also a really nice location looking out over the Rhine, only thing to beware of is that you will...need cash unless you have a specific German debit card I think (certainly, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro etc. are all not accepted here). Good value, 2 breakfasts (mixed meats, egg, different bread, fruit and preserve) plus 2 coffees and 2 beers afterwards only came to about €26, I think.

Visited dusseldorf for a bike stroll along the river rijn Endet up at kit , big street cafe along the boulevard with jazzy/soul/music .In the basement you find a gallery with tempory art expositions from various artistOrdert a capacino and some cake , unfortunately the cake was fresh but very dry , could be moist but hey ,in the early days I was running a bakery Capacino is never stabil in quality , depents on the barista of the day but the setting covers the lack on quality,Overall it's a perfect spot for a drink and a snack (they got some tappaz but everything goes threw a microwave , there is no space for a full kitchen so you can't expect a four Star snack but like I said , go with the f...

The KIT Café is, in my opinion, one of the best locations in Düsseldorf. It is situated along the Rhine embankment and the view from its sunny terrace is second to none. There is a continual rotation of music events happening during the Summer months and this year (2014) has seen its popularity grow with increasing interest. During the week various well known local DJs play the "Sundowner" with exquisite and eclectic relaxed Lounge music. The House music event on Thursdays this year caused hundreds of people to crowd the lush surroundings, making service almost impossible.
