Very slow at getting orders out, staff seem to be all over the place

Last 3 deiveries were incomplete and without refund. They don't answer the phone.

We've been robbed here. Lost our laptops and phones. There are no cameras and no security. They work with the staff. The thieves are dressed like tourists. Voir le carte

My boyfriend and I got takeout the other night, and woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning. We were sick for almost 2 days, it ruined our vacation. We are never getting Burger King again.

Food was cold even though supposedly cooked fresh, had the special was looking forward to it as most of the group i was with had thoroughly enjoyed it at another branch in castellon. I should of sent it back, but was on a tight schedule

I used to love Burger King but wow this was not a love situation. I ordered the crispy chicken and I can’t even describe how terrible it tasted. The sauces bbq, Mayo, ketchup — were SO sugary they were almost inedible. Same for the tea. I’ll never come back that’s for sure

No wonder it has the score that it does! I wonder if the management is happy with it or probably they don't care! The machines for ordering are totally not client friendly! Take a number and wait, a number from hell or from where!? If they had one client they need 30 min for a f burger

The service is very bad, the worker are extremely slow. The washrooms are very dirty, the tables are also not clean. The workers don’t know how to work, they are very lazy. There were six people in the kitchen and they took 20 minutes to prepare four burgers. I hate the new drinking service, its very bad. Voir le carte
