"I went to this restaurant to impress my business clients from Geneva. When we arrived in a miniature bus we thought to ourselves “oh ,what an unromantic car park “. My guests were very excited and hungry so we went straight in no door staff to greet us). I was a little confused as to how an order should be placed. We sat at a table for 6 and a half hours and weweren’t even offered a menu or drink. It wasn’t until a young person came up to us and said that we would have to go to the bar to get any service. We are all vegetarian we do eat fish and reptiles) but they didn’t have any thing substantial for us so we all shared a large bucket that the staff filled up with baked beans and sweetcorn. There was not a wine list so we had to drink a gallon of “cola”. But there was one thing that made us feel good….. ice cream… and lots of it ! My clients were very polite about their meals but I knew that they were disgusted with me. I tried to give them a voucher as a way of saying sorry but they didn’t want it. I probably will come back here but not to impress clients who are looking to spend 185 000 pounds on solar powered adult items . I did laugh though because of all of the baked beans made them all very windy in the miniature bus on the way back to my office. Well done sort of)."

£100 parking fine for staying longer than 1 hour…. disgusting. A paying customer should not be penalised to park

Worst kfc I been 2 , no people skills the order was wrong and it taste like **** , pure grease, and it also needs a good clean 2 out of 10 , terrible kfc

Rude ignorant staff, that have no idea how to be polite. No please. No thank you. Nothing. Maybe it’s just the town, but McDonalds are always polite. Seems like this joint is full of foreigners that have no manners

It took about 15-20 minutes to receive our food, which is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. Additionally, there were dirty tables that remained uncleared during the entirety of our meal. Overall, a disappointing experience. Voir le carte

Some say you should judge a fast food joint on its toilets, this place would fail miserably. As soon as you walk in the corridor you can smell it, like an open drain and the state of the gents toilets is not good with a sink coming away from the wall.

Myself and my family had extremely bad food poisoning from this very dangerous restaurant. 8 days off work and school, this was the worst case of food poisoning I ever seen or heard of. I could not believe how ill undercooked chicken can make you… 100% certain it was KFC…. For months the staff have made mistakes on nearly every order, they struggle with basic maths, so it’s no surprise that they obviously don’t understand hygiene and food standards. Environmental Health are now involved….

This place is absolutely disgusting, the entrance mat is absolutely caked in muck and filth,the sticky tables never get cleaned or get cleared,the toilets stink of urine so badly your eyes water and the floors stick to your shoes the walls and doors are covered in uncleaned filth. If a heath inspector made a visit it would get closed down Kentucky's inspectors clearly NEVER visit. This is not the first time I visited it was the same 12 months ago STEER CLEAR if you value your health disgusting my visit was at 18.00 on Saturday 8th April. Voir le carte

Service beyond appalling. KFC has generally very bad service but then you come Wellingborough KFC and it’s a whole new level of low. I don’t think there has been a single time I’ve been to this KFC where something hasn’t gone wrong. One example of their amazing intelligent service is when a friend ordered a double filet burger but after paying for a double was given a single. Upon asking about this, the staff member said they didn’t have enough fillet burgers left and apparently they mentioned this when we ordered (obviously they did not) but they still let us pay for a double??? After complaining and trying to make them see sense they finally managed to magic out a double filet burger.. If...

Whilst travelling around Northamptonshire, Ive noticed numerous billboards and adverts for the new KFC christmas 23 stuffing stacker burger. Thought Id pop into Wellingborough branch on Turnells Mill Lane to get one, only to be told they werent doing them as they hadn 't got any stock. I commented that this item was surposed to be available till 1st Jan 24. I asked when stock would be available, they did not know and appeared not to care either. If a business goes to the huge effort to advertise their wares they should ensure they have stock available. This is not KFC 's first year of trading and experience from previous years should act as a good guide to present and future demand. Wonder w...

"I have been searching for a venue to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday next year. He is of Jamaican descent, and we found June Plum and decided to take him there for a meal this year. Upon our arrival at 5:15pm, my daughter gave a cake to a staff member to hide in the kitchen as a surprise for my husband. We requested to place our food order at 5:25pm, but even after our drinks order had been taken and served, our food order was not taken. After a second request, we finally placed our food order. By 6:15pm, we still had not received our food and when we inquired about the delay, we were given a story about the table before us still not being served. At this time, there were only them and us in the restaurant. We were told maybe another 15 minutes for our food, but by 6:30pm, we were still waiting. The front of house manager apologized and could not give us a definite time for our food, mentioning that the table before us would take another 10-15 minutes. After two hours of waiting, we were still not able to eat. The staff mentioned attending a cricket match the day before, but we were unsure how that was relevant to our wait. When we finally asked for the bill and received it along with the surprise birthday cake for my husband, which was supposed to be a surprise, we were disappointed. Although the front of house manager apologized and offered us the drinks on the house, we have decided not to return to June Plum and will not be booking it for my husband's 60th birthday meal. While we appreciate supporting small businesses, we cannot tolerate such long waits for service."
