Kfc Basildon Mayflower

Men’s toilets smell badly and are very poorly cleaned which reflects badly on management and staff Surely the area manager can see this unless he sits there with his eyes firmly on his laptop

Rude unhelpful. Asked for mainly legs in our bargain bucket and they didn't even bother to put the request through. Ditto with the two people in front. Got 1 leg and was basically told to lump it. I've given up on kfc.

I had the mighty bucket for one to then half hour later be greeted by the worst stomach pains and bad stomach I’ve had in years, I don’t know what it was but don’t ever have these problems at my local KFC (this is not my local) Voir le carte

At this branch as well as Corn on the cob yet this was only 22:00hrs on Saturday 4/5/19, the ONLY chicken we could have was Zinger chicken, we were informed if we didn't want that it would be a 20 minute wait! 20 minutes!? USELESS!

The Food in general was Very Poor. I was greatly surprised to find that the chicken heavily smelt of cigarettes and tasted horrible. We waited 20 Minutes after ordering from the drive thru, which is unacceptable. *WOULD NOT RECOMMEND*

one of the staff was so rude to me. I only wanted a chicken bargain bucket but she threw insults at me. never in my life have I been so disappointed. please fix this as like I said im very disappointed. she was so vile and rude towards me. Voir le carte

I visited the kfc and yet again they are unable to put together complete orders I left arrived home to find that the two side I ordered were not in the bag as well and the extra popcorn chicken this stuff isn’t cheap these days so why can’t the staff just read the screen I even showed them the receipt to look at what the hell kfc shameful

There were only three customers in there, but it still took them over 20 minutes to finish my order! They certainly weren't rushing either! This is certainly the worst KFC in Basildon. If you have the time, make your way to either Pitsea KFC (takes them less than five minutes, even when they're busy) or KFC Mayflower. Someone needs to train the staff up in KFC Laindon. They don't seem to care. They just keep plodding on at their normal slower than slow pace even though the orders are stacking up!

First of all, as I went in I went to the toilet, which were disgusting, they need cleaning! Secondly after ordering my food and waiting nearly 10 minutes for some so called ‘fast food’ in that time I saw 2 or 3 employees roll their eyes at customers chuck food into bags/tray and then a feeble attempt to call out peoples order, I could barely hear and I was right in front of the counterI finally get my food and drive home, I eat my food... which is cooked just as much as it needs to be before it’s bad. The chicken is tough, just chucked in a bun.Worst KFC around! Voir le carte
