The food and service was pretty disappointing honestly. It’s a nice outdoor space though and the igloos are cool

Brilliant. Met up with friends here. Super hospitable team. Ate in the bar but service still impeccable. Great food, well priced. Throughly recommend it.

This restaurant is wonderful. The outdoor area is fantastic and offers a unique option for happy hours in London. The service is good and the prices are reasonable. The bar inside is also great!

I absolutely adore Ken's Bar - it's the perfect spot to unwind with your toes in the sand. It feels like you're at a beach right in the heart of town, minus the ocean. It's ideal for those scorching summer days when you just want to chill out with a few cocktails.

the staff was very courteous and helpful. beautiful location, outdoor fun. we didn't like them to have a register card on the bar. Unfortunately, eating was not so great, it was a bit dry, greasy and not attractive to look at presentation. Maybe it's better for guests who just stay in the hotel? Voir le carte

We had originally made a reservation for the secret beach section, but it was closed due to earlier rain. We were seated in the garden area instead. It was quiet because it was an early visit before the theater, but still enjoyable. We had been to this restaurant before and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended.

this is a hidden gem in west london. Although a part of a hotel complex, eating was freshly prepared and of the highest quality that they would expect from an independent restaurant. the Thai dishes were amazing as well as the usual British menu. Make sure to take a walk in the london secret garden where domes are present, alone with the grenfell hommage garden and a mock beach! a spectacular place, with phenomenal spits.

the presentation of eating is good. However, all three sirloin steaks we ordered were boiled over. the service was minimal with only one staff that took service and order. when pouring a bottle of red wine on our weinglas it was as fast as it filled with water and without showing us the bottle and trying it out. inside damentoilette just came out of the kubikal found a male personal cleaning and it scared me. this type of service at hilton was not expected.
