"the report is based on the experiences from several visits, we were now 3 times in the kcd beer garden. you can reach the beer garden directly on the Rhine in the hamm village district of hamm, both well with the car and with the bike. we have always sat outside in the beer garden, about the stay in the dining room of the restaurant in the 1st floor we can't say anything. unfortunately the experience from all three visits. there is a small map with a selection for a beer garden large drinks and diners. the food has always been very good to ok, the drinks are in order, the prices measured on the location and the great view including sunset also ok. unfortunately the service is a catastrophe. during the first two visits it took forever (10-15 min). until the ordered drinks came (absolutes nogo in a beer garden), the food also lasted excessively long and it was brought both false drinks and ditches. a word of apology came the lumpy and little charming operating not via the lips. Although we usually never do, we did not see a start at the first two to give drinking money. the third (and first last visit) a few days ago, however, shot absolutely the bird. the rustic type of service may still fit into a beer garden, the first drinks also came quickly, the order of eating was taken up so far so well. the (single) correct operation, however, must always run through the whole beer garden to the first floor to the theke to pick up. in principle a complete misplanning including a sub-composition. There are also other services that are only available to bring out orders, but they seem to be not allowed to enter new orders, since they are then going under (after the one main service is indicated). so under it a pretty mess. the second beverage order could wait longer. after about 15 min and 2 times the order came the service with a semi-full biertablett on which apparently not all ordered drinks were located. she started to discuss shortly before her whole tablet unglitted and about 1m next to us on a beer bench, table and floor banged. we were soaked from the hips down in a beacon, our pockets and clothes were filthy but instead of an honest excuse we got 3/4 full drinks banged. clear can run a mistake every time, but the circumvent with the guests was not acceptable in total also measured on beer garden. When I asked to fill in the not full soaked glasses, I got the answer that she would take 50ct off in the bill. a cheerfulness when you take into account the beer shower and the wrinkled klamotten. we had full the snuck and wanted to go, that hadn't been eating for 50 minutes, we would have not. in addition, ea was now dark and on allwn tables the guests fought with spicy mosquitoes. However, we were told that eating was bonged and would come every moment. After over an hour it came to eat, we've never waited for brittle potatoes and an salad for so long. when we complained about the waiting period, the service replied that would always take so long, that is quite normal. ok, thanks for the note. that makes us the decision easier not to go back to this beer garden. the combination of miserable organization paired with unharmedness and inability is too convincing. too bad, because this time too was eating qualitatiw really good. the more than 90 mosquitoes I had to wait for our food were at least a great memory of an unsightly evening in the beer garden of the kanu clubs Düsseldorf-Hamm."

we have, as usual and sensible in the course of our full day event, voted for how many people we would like to have lunch and dinner. We have certainly noticed that there are several small children among the guests and that the guests will go before dinner.After the bill we had to pay more than once for five people (more than 200 € more). the attempt to clarify this objectively and friendly with the owner has failed in a difficult way. as a start-up, I would like to quote here only, for example, “more than 25 people have eaten it”, “have I stood here for 16 hours?” we keep the other outages for us.It is a very pity that such a beautiful location with really good kitchen and friendly service...
