Good service and friendly staff. Enjoyed a strawberry shortcake waffle and different flavoured ice creams on Valentine’s Day with the mrs. Will visit again soon.

Popped in here with a few friends, I wasn’t feeling to hungry so got a milkshake. Others in my group where more adventurous. Desserts are huge and tasty! If you fancy a dessert induced coma it’s the place to go

Amazing service and food, waffles are to die for, and are reasonably priced considering the sides and the toppings you get. Staff are all incredibly friendly and go the extra mile to ensure your experience is amazing!! Cannot wait to return again in the very near future.

First time visiting the area. Walked all over to find an open ice cream shop. Finally found this only for the rude worker at the door to turn us away. The place was still seating people and all we wanted was take away. Others had been waiting over thirty min for a milkshake!! Horrible people do not visit!!!!!

Visited today. Staff were rude upon entrance. Place was empty but refused to allow us in. Staff were rude and aggressive. Service was slow. Took over 26 minutes for food to arrive and not advised of any delays. Do not recommend! Place was dirty. Rubbish all over floor. Dirty tables everywhere and we’ve visited here 3 times now and it seems worse on every visit!

Our waiter (Mujeeb went out of his way to make sure that my grandma’s first Kaspa’s experience was memorable. The best service we’ve ever had in a Kaspa’s restaurant (not that we’ve ever had a bad experience! . I had told my grandma how good Kaspa’s was, but this exceeded all expectations thanks to Mujeeb. My grandma is very impressed and would like to go again! Keep up the good work and we’ll see you soon!

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! We tried calling multiple times with no answer, so we decided to go in person. The waitress mocked us when we made a mistake while ordering and then shouted at us when our food was ready. Our takeaway drinks were given to us without cup holders, and when we mentioned it to the waitress, she seemed confused. We were given faulty boxes without bags, causing chocolate sauce to leak everywhere. After reading other reviews, it seems like we are not the only ones who have experienced disrespectful behavior from the staff. I would not recommend this restaurant. It was a truly awful experience.

Went in after the the theatre, waited ages to be seated even though the place was empty, server threw a bucket of knives, forks and spoons on a table and walked away, we assumed that this was to be our table. Ordered desserts and went to 5he toilet, it was DISGUSTING, yellow stains all over the bowl and a pool of what could only be urine in the recess of the plastic bin next to the toilet. I told the server who brought our order, he just thought it was funny! We have never been in Kaspas before and following this experience, will NEVER go again.I have rated one star because there is no option to give it zero or a minus which is what this establishment deserves.

This is the second time I've been to this branch and it never ceases to disappoint. Grandsons 11th birthday treat. Can't book a table during the Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 50% off days. Not a big problem as we arrived in good time. Staff not warm and welcoming. There were 4 of us and we were asked a few times by the same person if we wanted a table for four of us. The food took a long time to arrive. Grandsons ice cream cane. The tea and coffee ordered arrived 10 minutes later. This happened the last time we came last year. Nothing seems to arrive all at once, you think you're order has been forgotten. The floor beneath the counter was noticeably dirty. The napkins that the Cutlery was wrapped...
