Our server Sai was extremely attentive and professional with just the right amount of humor. The food was absolutely delicious.

some of the best eclairs in london. I recommend her signature pfirsich melba aroma, but in order to be honest, they cannot go wrong with one of them. presumably at £3,50 if they compare with somewhere like maitre choux where they pay £5 up.

the head baked chef at the savoyen allegedly creates these beautiful things that are so well appreciated. while it's gone, there are a few chairs in the load where they can enjoy the unique tasteful combos of the eclairs. coffee is great as the service

Just tried the vegan banana muffin as my dessert. Swear its the best vegan muffin i have ever had : v glad that they have vegan muffin. In future i hope they could do more vegan desserts. Overall Impressive! Was attracted by the decor and the tranquility of the pastry shop. Well done x

We visited to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and it was a truly memorable experience. We were welcomed by Savannah and our server, Catrina, who was exceptional. The food and service were flawless, and we look forward to returning to celebrate our anniversaries in the future. Thank you!

fantastic and different lunch and bake options. stunning bagels and sandwiches. and the Choux bakers. great aromen! the only disadvantage is that when they eat in everything, they are served on paper plates and in paper cups. not very sustainable. I would expect from a device like the savoyen better.

Excellent food, service and ambience but very, very expensive. The basic price has gone up which is fair enough given the rate of inflation. However the automatically added service charge has also gone up from 12.5% to 15%. This is unjustifiable as the service standard hasn't got better as it's already excellent. Furthermore, as the basic price has increased, a 12.5% percentage service charge would have already brought in more money that's how percentages work!

The coffee is of an arabica variety with a medium to high intensity and a rich caramelised mouthfeel; not quite robusta and definitely not the more fruity, acidic variety. If that's your style of coffee then this is a very good drop for this style. They serve a beautiful and delicious selection of cakes, tarts and pastries. The tarts are very short with excellent fillings. The pastries are simple and made well and include the usual such as croissants. As you would expect, they provide an indulgent experience fitting of The Savoy.

my man and I saw the afternoon tea in savoy on google and when we arrived, we found that we wore casual clothes so that we didn't feel comfortable going in. we found the melba in the small load of the savoyen, which makes us very happy that we can taste some of their deserts. we had the celestial and creambule, both are perfect sweet, refreshing, and it was delicious. we took a star down because the first staff when we first came was not very friendly and treated us as invisible. but the second employees at least try to ask what we are looking for.
