"Veggie Choice: There are so many great reasons to go to this place: first, not only is it veggie, but also vegan; second, there is enough choice to make several visits necessary to sample all the dishes. The drinks selection is also slightly themed...in the same way as the food, i.e. going down the Bavarian/alpine route with the legendary (but maybe overrated) Almdudler (a lemonade with a slight hint of herbs). If this place wouldn't have the vegan/Bavarian angle, it could be labelled a greasy spoon or comfort food. Bratkartoffeln (roasted slices of potato with onions), and various burgers with pretend-meats, all scream oily to your brain, but the body enjoys the comforts of this, as well as the knowledge that no animals were harmed for this culinary feast. I had the Hüttnmenü, which combines separate items of the menu under a slightly cheaper price: the Hüttn Burger, a patty made of beans, plus the yummy Bratkartoffeln and the already mentioned Almdudler. My companion had the Bratwurst Burger (a patty made of veggie sausages, also with a slightly different burger sauce), plus the Bratkartoffeln. Everything was delicious. The place is fairly small with about tables of the rustic beer garden type (no back supports for those who might need them orders need to be placed at the kitchen counter, and one also pays there at the end. The food will be brought to your table, though. Having written this, the interaction with staff there is friendly, and welcoming. For dessert we shared a Kaiserschmarrn which is a thick pancake, here cut up, topped with the customary icing sugar, and filled with raisins various extra toppings are available, but we went for the plain version. Other bits to note: come late afternoon, or early in the evening because it closes at Also, be aware of the slightly mad idea of a Bavarian eatery in Bonn, and that most Germans think Bavarian food equals meat, and this place is vegan. So a slightly ironic/funny combo of location, food, and an intelligent re-mix of Bavaria. We would definitely go again."

Bonn est une ville charmante sur le Rhin, connue pour être le lieu de naissance de Beethoven. Les plats typiques incluent le Sauerbraten, les moules rhénanes et le Himmel un Ääd, un mélange de purée de pommes de terre et de pommes.
