"I have booked this place for Birthday celebration. The food was excellent! Could not fault it ....What I would expect for that high end price, so affordable on special occasions, unless you are loaded :). We have had a good quality NY steaks, which frankly could be prepared at home ( as I am a great cook), but wanted to go somewhere special as well as wanted my son for the first time to taste oysters .Service/attention to guests however needs to be shaken up a bit. The staff is bored from working years at the same place and loosing an attention to important details, which is essential for guests and completes an ambiance....and I have no idea how managers do not see this. So for that I would not go there again.I do not expect in place like this ( or as a matter of fact in any restaurant or even bistro), asking for napkins, spoon for sauce, dispersing bread plates at the table myself... and wine glasses were not sparkly clean...Have worked in hospitality about 20 years back and it is sad to see how standards of service are going down...."

Very nice tuna tartare, cheesecake dessert and wine. Steak was overcooked,burned outside and baked potato was cold. Overpriced and overrated for what it offers.

one of the best culinary experiences we ever had. tastes of each plate were amazing. preparation, presentation, timing all excellent. probably the only time I ever have the joy to try pappy. compliments to all who have contributed to this experience.

the service was terrible and also eating. pretty sure because it was on the park, they thought they were great, but really not. I saw a rat run through and after telling the staff they left. I'm totally horrified about this mumbling to go again and again.

I told them it was my boyfriends birthday to which they acknowledged the message. However when it come to the actual evening nothing was done special for him. Very disappointed and the atmosphere wasn’t very good seen as there was only two people around, service was also very slow.

mu mann chose the porterhouse steak who was not cheap, but found it tasteless, which was extremely disappointing. we also felt that it was overpriced for the quality of eating, which was very disappointing, as we decided to eat here, as it was recommended as one of the top 10 steak restaurants in london and really look forward to the experience.
