We go to this restaurant at least twice a month for Sunday lunch under £6 for a roast or a special Jenny grill under £10

This cafe is a delightful family-friendly spot with a kind owner. The food, especially the breakfast and snacks, are delicious and the service is speedy. The prices are very reasonable.

Good solid lunch from this cafe in the busy main street of Borehamwood. I enjoyed my baked potato although the outside was a little overdone. Toast was nice as was the fresh orange juice.

Popped in by chance and so pleased as was lovely and well worth it,ordered the full English was all cooked well and tasty well worth a visit fresh orange was also fresh squeezed and very tasty.

I always come to this restaurant and have never had a bad meal. I love the fresh orange juice, and the service is excellent - perhaps even too good! The atmosphere is reminiscent of East Enders and it's always busy. The prices are reasonable, and it's a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Voir le carte

We called in here on our way to Wembley on Sunday 5th August to watch Manchester City, we were staying at the Ibis in Borehamwwod. The breakfasts are amazing, fresh, hot and well cooked, great value as well. The owner is very friendly and made us feel welcome. All the staff were pleasant and the places itself is nice and clean. We called in again on Monday 6th before we set off back to Manchester. Well worth a visit.

Good value simple food, such as fry ups, shepherds pie, liver and bacon and roasts. They also do salads and sandwiches. Good place for a cheap meal, but don't expect fine dining and tablecloths. I've been going there for years. Always clean and the service is fast. Very cheap meals. I had a great liver and bacon with loads of veg. My friend had a Sheppards pie and we both had tea. The bill came to just over £13! Can't go wrong.

We have done a review before on this little gem of a cafe but it is so good, we just thought we would do another. We called on Saturday 6th April for breakfast/lunch prior to going to Wembley, (we also came in here in February when it was the Carabao Cup final). It is the best breakfast I have ever had, everything freshly cooked and not dripping in oil, , piping hot, warm plates and all served with a smile. The fresh orange juice is excellent too. All the staff and the owner are super friendly, we always look forward to coming here when we are down for the matches. We will be back on the 18th May. Voir le carte
