"The food quality at this restaurant was very poor, with dry lamb skewers and chicken. The service was slow and inattentive, and the food seemed like reheated leftovers. The pitta bread was microwaved, and the chips had a bad smell of old oil. The Diet Coke cans were served closed and at room temperature, and the hummus came late. I dine out frequently and have tried many restaurants, but this was the worst meal I have had in a while, from South to North England. I recommend the kebab centre in New Haw for a far more tasty and succulent meal. I was very disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant."

The dinner at this restaurant was delicious. The meal type was meat, and the average price per person was between £10-20. The food was rated a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5.

I've not been to Jeitta for a long time, mostly due to the pandemic. Today's visit reminded me what I had missed. The food was absolutely delicious. Very good value, perfect portions. Attentive staff. Really great all round.

If there were a 1 star, I'd have given this restaurant a 1. The food was terrible the calamari's batter was so hard that it threatened your teeth, the batata harra was not fresh, the chicken or bird wings were totally charred.... Never again!!! Voir le carte

I went to this restaurant and straight off the bat , the staff was so welcoming and friendly. I ordered lamb chops and they were so juicy and tender and you could taste how fresh the meat was. I've been to many Lebanese restaurants and flavours from abroad but this by far was the best.

This restaurant is not for food enthusiasts who have already experienced the finest Lebanese cuisine. The quality of the food is average at best. The service is prompt and friendly, with a rating of 4 out of 5. The overall atmosphere is rated a 3 out of 5. This is a dine-in restaurant offering dinner for around £30-40 per person.

Only the second time we had been to a Lebanese restaurant. Decided to go for a number of small, starter/mezza type dishes rather than single main courses. Glad we did, as we got to experience more flavours and textures. We really enjoyed the meal. Service was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. Would thoroughly recommend. Voir le carte

We love having food here always for over 10 years but got so disappointed last week when we drove all the way from Guildford just to have chicken shawarma. Unfortunately, the worst way it was made stuffed with most of salad minimal chicken had no taste couldn't taste sauce for takeaway 1 star for the food, unfortunately had to ask them for extra white sauce but had non luckily took some chillisauce. Service: Take out

We decided to go for a few starters and a main. The shawarma (main), kibbeh, calamari, and hummus. Shawarma was lovely, the kibbeh was good but I’ve had better. Service and decor was great. It was a bit on the pricey side for lunch, it would probably have been better to go on a weekday to use the express lunch menu, on a weekend, I’m not sure it’s worth it. All of the above, no drinks, came to about £20 each for the two of us

"Disappointed to have booked and not be warned about the mezze being the only available option. Told when sat down. Not much option but to accept. Food great. Tried to charge for each of us there were adults and an year old and year old despite agreeing to do deal for the of them when we ordered. When asked for the bill I was over charged. They didn’t leave bill on table and just tell you the value and present the card machine immediately. I queried and he went to alter. I paid. I realised that in fact they had charged more than the first time. I ended up having to ask for a print out of the bill on my way out. He gave it to me. It wasn’t even our bill plus they’d charged for the set menu!!?!?!!. I wrote down what we had eaten and drank and we added it up properly together and he had indeed overcharged by He couldn’t refund the card and so gave cash. Lush food. If you go please check what’s on offer before you go. Then insist that the bill if left on your table like in a normal restaurant. This gives the customer the time to check all is well before paying. I really felt the chap was trying to pull the wool over our eyes. Don’t let them! He did the same to another table which had a couple and a young child of about or Charged The excuse was that he couldn’t deduct dine in because we only wanted set menus. Rubbish. We have eaten out all month in the scheme in restaurant in bristol and in central London and this is the only time I’ve heard this tosh. Chap could put whatever he wanted into the till ...it’s his restaurant. of us dined. x to come of bill. I found the whole invoicing experience poor and embarrassing."
