"I found this restaurant through Google Maps, it was 20 minutes walking from my hotel. The Restaurant is very small and cozy, when I arrived I asked for a table for 1 person. The waitress snapped at me and said We don't have enough seats ...then I asked her colleague and he managed to seat me in a table for 2 people! The waitress was so rude and was shouting in front of everyone. It was an embarrassing situation. The sushi was so tasty and freshly made, however a great services is important even if the food was good! I don't think I am going back again."

beautiful little sushi restaurant. looks like a student place. the sushi is good (and not expensive), service is nice. I have more exclusive sushi shops, but if they have hunger and sushi is their choice, this is a good place.

Great small place, worth booking a table if you want to be sure of dining in there are something like 6 tables only! Sushi available is quite varied and prepared to order at the counter while you wait at your table. Great tasting and...certainly worth the value, 1€ per choice. Would recommend

Been craving for sushi for a couple of days already, when I saw this place, conveniently placed near our Munich office, so we gave it a try for lunch. They have about five boxes in the daily menu selection, priced mostly according to their size....The middle one was just decent, however rolls seemed pretty small. Overall a good place to stop by if you're near. Voir le carte

we looked for sushi and went here. it's in the heart of the city. the interieur is not new, but we are not looking for a hotel. the sushi was fresh and delicious. only the staff refused us water at 9.30, as they close at...10 why do they refuse to sell water? then they began to clean and all went before 10. no nice end for a good evening. yet they go there to food we liked

Yes it has the charm of a train station waiting room, and yes the appetizers aren't the best, BUT this Japanese-owned and -speaking sushi restaurant has been our favorite for years now. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, the quality of the fish...is great and this is coming from people who've been able to enjoy sushi in Japan. This place is hands down the most bang for your buck in Munich. PS: Try the Unagi!

Well there a a lot of Sushi places in Munich. One of my favorite restaurant is the Japan Sushi Gourmet. People say that its a good sign if Japanese eat in a japanese restaurant. Defninetly true! It doesn't matter what you chose every dish...is delicious. I love the Ramen Soups and the fried Ebi (Nr. 131). Every time I'm there I order a Kani-Miso Soup. The prices are more than ok! One Nigiri 1€, 3 little Maki 1€, 2 Inside-Out Maki =1€ Voir le carte

This small restaurant is located in Munich downtown and very close to main train station. All pieces of Sushi are freshly prepared by Japanese Sushi masters. There are also other Japanese dishes being freshly cooked and prepared by Japanese kitchen behind a small Sushi bar....If you have a small budget, but you wish to have authentic good Sushi pieces and other Japanese dishes ... I highly recommended you to visit this small restaurant.

This sushi restaurant is fantastic. The service could be a little better and the walls are plain. However, the food is fantastic and the price is right. I liked it so much I came back for lunch. I strongly recommend anyone staying in Munich to...give this place a try. The server was very nice to my friend and I even though we only speak a little German. Sometimes our servers get annoyed because we can’t communicate well. This place was very friendly with good food and great prices. Five stars over all and no complaints my complaints to the chef.

"Indian restaurants are becoming almost as ubiquitous in Munich as Italian restaurants lately, or so it would seem. So why did I give this one get 5 stars? In part because Yelp doesn't allow for half star ratings and I didn't feel right giving four after my wonderful dinner experience there and the excellent meals my guy has had there before me. Kamasutra is close to his work and we had dinner here after him and work friends raved about this place for lunch. They've only been open for about three months but it's a regular lunch stop for them now. One thing I noticed early on, they do not take shortcuts. Great care is put into food and service. The menu is varied, good selection of wine and cocktails too. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The interior is more modern and sleek than most Indian resto's. But what about the FOOD? We were in curry heaven. I had a jumbo shrimp curry and he had a chicken vindaloo. Sauces for both were rich, had complex, nuanced flavors and were not greasy or oily. And when they say spicy, they mean spicy, so for those of you lamenting the lack of proper spice level, make your way here NOW. If you don't want your curry toned down for the German palate, do have some here. Lovely garlic naan, very generous serving of good basmati. Delicious mango cream for dessert and real chai that wasn't syrupy sweet. Kamasutra is a real gem and a welcome addition to Munich."
