"jaja is by far the most famous place in berlin among nature wine lovers. it was mentioned in wine books, weinmagazines and numerous reviews throughout the internet. is it worth the hype? stong yes! what is so special about it? it was opened in 2016 with an excellent selection of natural wines selected by the greener ones. in some years the property rights changed, but the concept remains the same. most wee are French, but they will also find real gems from other wine regions. do not expect to flash only famous labels but to be open to new discoveries. trust them to the palate of the boughtam and let them perform their host. as such there is no crying list. it's about the travel hostings they bring to us. they engage in dialogue and let them know their preference, what are they tonight. then they relax and let them pass the magic. the deep cellar of jaja will not disappoint. hostes have their own charm, deep knowledge of the wee who sell them and endless empathy. menu is simply family style. all courts should be divided. it is impossible to go wrong with any choice. everything is so delicious! we started with dizzyed, sourded and onsenei. paired with fizzy pét nat of glass with chinon based mix. we followed with a bottle of large chinon blanc and paired with smoked char, kartoffel habanero. it comes on an acidic, warm, boneless fish smoked seasoned with spicy oil and garnished with whistle and coriander. the bark meats smile on our faces. so tender! our choice was juicy cabernet franc with flowering fruits and pfeifigem taste. the place has a cozy atmosphere in which the guests together with hostes create this unique atmosphere! reservation is highly recommended."

such a beautiful, unique and friendly atmosphere. some weinbars can be high-natured, that is the exact opposite! wein is fantastic, I was 3 nights on the jump! when they are in berlin and love wein. go!

the restaurant serves nice little dishes, especially the tintenfischgericht was very well made. one of the best things is their wine card. they can get fun natural wines (without additives or similar) at a very reasonable price.

Jaja is always a good choice. eating is always unbelievable and the wine list is phenomenal. her menu changes however whenever it is on the card the celeriac tortellini egg yolk sauce with black trumpet is a star dish. limited number of tables so book ahead. Voir le carte

Lovely atmosphere, staff and drinks. The food feels a little unsinspring tho. Would definitely stay away from the fried tofu no flavour, just watered pieces of massive tofu chunks. But also really liked the dish with the oyster mushrooms. Would only come back for casual drinks and I used to really love it.

we have reserved for dinner in this super-trendy weinbar, but we felt lost at our arrival because it was absolutely full! I was pretty sure they had no warning of our reservation, even though they were happy to meet us. it's very nice, but more expensive than other bars in the opposite, and I couldn't find out why so much was going on. eating was very good, but the wine selection on the menu was very limited in view of the great selection.

when they stand on wee, they should visit this hut with their crumbling brick walls. if they are on natural wee (if not, then soon), they must see him! cult names, ug petnats, cool-to-be handcrafted wine producers. our visits (three in the same evening, when I remember) were spiced with few producers and wee importers who somehow accidentally sneaked with us during the weekend of the RAW wine fair. no idea how the employees deal with their things, we just have pulled every interesting label out of the regals that we could grasp. . as a regular guest of jaja I could not be happy anymore than eating at this place. the selection of wine available both from the bottle and from the glasses is amazing. from the entry level contact skin weine and Glou-Glou selection to funky and nerdy dark orange and juicy red. the workers know a lot about weeping regions, weeping and can combine them well with food they offer. they are friendly, responsive and speak great English that makes them feel very soon home. kitchen can be nice and simple bites, but also some warm options if they are a little hungry. there are no better possibilities than to enjoy the summer evenings there, to observe people and dogs close by. this is my fav Berlin-...

I had really nice memory of this place from 2020. Also last year when I visited with my friends, there was a friendly girl who went to the german winery that she recommended, she was full of knowledge and gave us such welcoming feeing. But last night, everything was different. Food was just ok. Nothing impressive. A female staff was very friendly and nice. A male staff and the other female staff were (definitely not rude but just uninterested, not friendly at all. Thanks for the wine recommendations tho, we liked. Visit again? Maybe not. They probably don’t care bc anyway it’s so hyped and always fully booked. Price worth? Yes for the wine recommendation(the wine that we had costs 13.80 18€...
