"Unfortunately I was really disappointed with our experience at Jack Burrito, the level of customer service was very poor, on arrival we weren't taken to our table, just pointed towards the booth at the back... when asked for side plates, we were brought napkins, there was no check back or offer of further drinks once the meal had arrived, which is a shame because my quesadilla was dry and I would really have liked some extra hot sauce, and because we didn't finish our meal, we asked if we would be able to take the rest away, and instead of taking it to the kitchen to be packaged, two boxes were brought to the table for us to pack up ourselves! The food was average at best, large portion sizes, however, the pulled chicken quesadilla was literally dry chicken in a wrap with cheese melted on the top, I just expect more from a restaurant specialising in Mexican food. The side salads need work, just plain lettuce with a splash of balsamic... I suppose we got what we paid for as the meal was fairly inexpensive, however I just expect more, especially as the last time I ate there the menu was much bigger and the service seemed better too! Definitely gone downhill, sadly."

By far the best burrito in the area. Good value and by using 2 for 1 with meerkat, even better. Always good atmosphere and good staff.

We were very disappointed, the service was poor and the food underwhelming. Staff seemed overwhelmed. We booked for 6pm pre-theatre and were still waiting for our mains after 7pm. Staff never apologised for the delay.

I placed an order on Uber Eats and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. In my opinion, the prices are just right - only £8 for a burrito, fries, and a drink. The fries were cooked perfectly and the burritos were amazing. I can't stop ordering from this place, it's really satisfying.

This is my second time of visiting and it wasn't as good as my first. The service was very slow. There was about four tables in the restaurant and four or five people working but service was slow. Our plates were not cleared at the end of the meal, we were not asked if we wanted pudding or even if our food was ok. The food was nice but not overly warm.
