The food was good (though expensive for what it is over £5 for salted bread?! , the decor lovely, very Christmassy. However the noise levels were high and the tables all crammed too close to each other for the sake of losing one table, the place would feel so much better. Not all the Ivy Brasseries do this."

We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the Ivy in Convent garden, we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who took our coats and we were shown promptly to our table, there's a good choice of food which arrived quickly, the food was lovely.

The food was very nice, as it always is, and good value for money considering how popular this area is. Unfortunately, we were seated downstairs on this visit, and the room is hot, stuffy and loud. Our waitress struggled to remember what we had ordered and when we reminded about things being missing, things were not rectified. It took a second request to another member of staff in order to complete our order.
