As all Sofitels I have been so far, this is another successful and harmonic mix of pleasant and unobtrusive hotel culture, attentive staff and atmosphere. I confirm this 2023 and 2024 review.

in contrast to many hotel bars, here local and hotel guests mingle. the decoration and lighting creates an ambiente that is open and generous while allowing some intimacy for talks and chatting. the drink selection is excellent, the bartenders know their things, and they are. also extremely friendly.

You came on business. You wanted a drink and a club sandwich after a boring conference. This place did the trick. You don't need to know more than that, you've been to a million the same from NY to Sydney... Oh, but this one sells Currywurst, so it's ahead of the game. That's almost local cuisine! ;-) It's certainly good with beer.

Had the pleasure of staying at the Sofitel hotel so a visit to the bar was a Must and I was not disappointed! I was impressed with the service and how well crafted the cocktails were. Be advised that the outside terrace can get...busy pretty quickly so make sure to get there at a good hour. Great bar not very big but always busy and with lounge seating too outside behind the lobby. We had drinks here 2 nights in a row and also drinks and food one afternoon. Great choices of drinks huge menu. Gin options really good and the...extra touches like the rosemary really add to the taste. Whiskey choices excellent. Although very busy the staff are really prompt and efficient. Club sandwich was good too. Nice selection of mixed nuts with the drinks. Dim lighting in the evening and nice decor. Seem to be a mixture of hotel guests and visitors. Lovely bar.

We stayed one week in this hotel and we really enjoyed it all special thanks to hotel manager Mr. Umut. He assisted us personally during our stay and made sure everything was brilliant. He also constantly helped us with restaurant bookings and used his contacts to get even reservations where was normally not available. Room service however needs to be improved. Many times what we ordered took long time which we had to ask Mr. Umut for his assistance. He also assisted us with the doctor as we needed. He did follow up and personally arranged all our needs. We would like to thank him for everything.

this restaurant would rate 4 or 5 but for the deception that the cook tried. we ordered the most expensive item on the menu, a steak with pfeffer sauce supposedly served with pommes dauphinoise, which are thin sliced kartoffels in cream sauce. what they served...was an excellent steak, boiled to order, with a wonderful pfeffer sauce. and turquoise! when we told our very polite waiter about the occasion, he initially said that it was the interpretation of the cook. So we showed him a picture of the real thing. the restaurant was nice enough to cover the cost of our drinks and dessert as compensation, but shy! Voir le carte
