"First time ordering takeout from the Innes Bar. Fish chips were fantastic. Lovely crispy beer batter and generous portion of both chips and peas. Lovely taste. Add a little slice of lemon and it's perfect. Also ordered 8oz steak. Steak was cooked perfectly in line with our order. Again, generous portion of chips and nice, fresh salad coleslaw with it was lovely. Onion rings had a nice crunch too. Ordered for collection at 7pm and was met at the door. Quick transaction at the door of the premises due to covid restrictions (no bad thing) and within 10 minutes I was home with freshly hot food. Gentlemen was very polite and the food was fantastic. Might have been my first time ordering here but will not be the last. Looking forward to becoming a regular."

We had a great time with our server and enjoyed the beers. However, there was only one hand pump available, which was Old Peculiar.

The chicken, leek, and bacon pie is incredible. The atmosphere is delightful, and our host and hostess were wonderful. They also offer vegetarian options!

The guys at the bar were very helpful and forthcoming . Although they had finished serving food, they prepared for us, seeing us exhausted after a long trip. We are grateful. Voir le carte

I attended the DJ session in the beer garden and it was quite busy, which is a good sign! The drinks were excellent as well. The bartender was attentive and remembered our orders when we approached the bar. The atmosphere was lovely, and it was lively inside too. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back for another DJ night!

I've been visiting Inverness for over a decade for a night out, and this was my first time at this bar. It has a lovely decor and plenty of space. There's a large outdoor seating area for those who smoke or want fresh air. They also have darts and a pool table. I enjoyed a nice pint, and the other patrons were friendly. I will definitely return! Voir le carte

The atmosphere was delightful, and the staff were very friendly. All the guests seemed to be enjoying themselves. However, the drinks were a bit on the pricey side; for instance, a pint of Heineken was nearly £5, which feels a bit excessive for a pub located outside the city center. That said, the pint was refreshing and nicely served. Overall, the pricing influenced my 4 out of 5-star rating.

"Oh, what a day we had at The White House for my auntie’s 88th! It was pure magic, right from the off. The team there couldn’t have been more welcoming, making us all feel right at home in the heart of Scotland. Now, let’s gab about the food it was out of this world! We started with gluten free fish n chips, and let me tell you, it was as good as any chippy by the sea – crispy, golden, and just packed with flavor. The venison steak and beef short rib? Cooked just how you’d want them, tender and full of taste. The gluten free burgers were a hit too, so juicy and well seasoned. For pudding, we had these scoops of ice cream, smooth as you like, and an apple crunch cheesecake that was simply to die for. But it was our server, Anastasia, who really made our day. She was a wee star – always there with a smile, quick with a recommendation, and knew her menu inside out. I barely noticed our water bottle was empty, and whoosh, there she was with a full one. That’s service for you! The atmosphere in The White House was just as warm and inviting as you’d hope for. It felt like sitting in a cosy wee pub in the Highlands, with all the charm and friendliness you’d expect. So, if you’re ever in the mood for a meal that’s as satisfying as a wee dram on a cold night, head to The White House. It’s not just eating; it’s a proper Scottish experience, full of heart and soul"
