"Over priced, overcooked food and poor service and hygiene standards. Give it a miss. There are hundreds of good restaurants in Valencia and unfortunately if you want to explore and find somewhere different you have to accept that you will come across the occasional disaster. We got chicken that was cut so small and was so overcooked that it was pretty much inedible. I don't usually write reviews but was moved to open a tripadvisor account especially to write this. I've read some damming reviews which ring true and some excellent ones that sound suspiciously like the owner and family members. It's a pity they couldn't take on board the honest feedback they've got and improve their restaurant instead of playing silly games."

Es casi una auténtica taberna del vecindario, pero un vecindario cosmopolita. Buena gente. Lugar emblemático de paso. el verdadero centro de valencia.

Fuimos a tomar una copa y es bastante bueno, tienen una variedad de todo y si no tienen la cocina abierta te ofrecen tapas frías para morder algo. La camarera nos asistió rápidamente y fue muy agradable.

El local es bastante acogedor, la atención por parte de los camareros excelente y la cena... Si quieres degustar carnes bien cocinadas, este es tu sitio, todo delicioso, sin duda es un sitio muy recomendable y volveré sin lugar a dudas. Voir le carte

Agradable sorpresa que hemos conocido de casualidad. Todo lo que pedimos estaba buenísimo y el trato de los camareros ha sido excelente y muy amable. Coqueto local en el corazón de El Carmen . Repetiremos seguro. Gracias por hacernos disfrutar de una cena tan agradable.

25 euros for two people to drink a cheap sangria and a tasteless and very small portion of paella which was kilometers far from the richness of flavours a paella valenciana should be. Not worth it. Later we found restaurants with the same cost offering at least a more complete menu (including entry, main dish and dessert). This one is a trap.
