"Wir empfanden das Ambiente sehr angenehm und gemütlich, dafür dass man eigentlich in einem Kaufhaus sitzt. Die Bedienung war super freundlich, obwohl viel los war und sie nur zu zweit waren, hut ab! Das Essen hat uns mehr als befriedigt. Hatten alle einen Burger als Menü und haben noch eine heiße Schokolade und diese iced cocos chai latte to go: mega geil. Es war alles echt köstlich und wir kommen definitiv wieder. Der Kuchen ist samstags leider schon schnell ausverkauft : Nachtrag: auch bei weiteren Besuchen noch genauso überzeugt! Auch Kuchen und Torten sind köstlich. Ich persönlich habe mich in die Schoko-Himbeer-Erdnussbutter-Torte verliebt!"

"Response to The Restaurant 's comment: Considering your immaturity as you displayed yesterday, I expected you to embrace lies and manipulation. So here is my response to your lies: 1. I REQUESTED the waiter in the most polite way to kindly get the water as soon as possible as we were very thirsty!! 2. I REQUESTED while placing the order that we want Still Water at NORMAL TEMPERATURE. I even went ahead and explained that we had Cold a few days back and that 's why we can 't have cold water. The waiter by mistake got COLD water. He himself realized the mistake and before we could say something, he went back and got the bottle that was not cold. During all this, the waiter behaved in a very professional way. 3. The problem started when we said we want to pack things. What happned then onwards, I have already explained it. 4. I decided to post this comment only because the manager himself turned out to be most immature. As it is my right to comment my experience, it is the right of the restaurant to give a response. So, I can 't do anything if they lie and want to portray us as unprofessional. However, I want people to know two things: 1. I had given a review for Kashmir-Echterdingen Branch from around A YEAR EARLIER. The 5-Star review reads: Only authentic Indian restaurant I have found in Stuttgart!!... especially so many varieties of starters!!.. all the dishes were great. Staff is also very friendly! Due to policy guideline I can 't attach the screenshot. But you can clearly see it in my profile. 2. I hardly give reviews. People can see in my profile that I have given only around 8 reviews in total!! However I give reviews when I am extremely satisfied OR extremely dissatisfied. So you will find the reviews where I am praising with 5 starts, or where I am narrating a pathetic incident with 1 star. So I request people to have a look at what I have mentioned in Point 1 Point 2 here, and decide for themselves what might have happened in reality. I DON 'T HAVE ANY PLANS OF RESPONDING TO ANY MORE LIES FROM THE RESTAURANT. REVIEWS ARE MEANT TO HELP PEOPLE. LET PEOPLE JUDGE IT THEMSELVES. Original Review: This is supposed to be one of the best Indian restaurants Stuttgart. However, the branch in Weilimdorf (Pforzheimer Str. 309) has a way of spoiling the entire mood through their cheap behaviour, despite providng tasty food. I have seen this many times here at this restaurant but this time I felt they sank to a new low. I had gone for dinner with my wife as we wanted to celebrate something. We ordered more than enough food for two people which you can see in the bill attached. However in the end the manager refused to provide sufficient packing containers to carry home the left over food!! In the pics you can see that I was not asking for any fancy container. First they said, we can provide only one small container. Then they said we can give you two samll containers but a big one will cost you. All this while the manager was giving non sensical reasons like 'containers cost us money ', 'we don 't provide container to carry rice because we give it as complimentary ' etc. I have been in Stuttgart sice 2018 and go out to restaurants atleast 4 times in a week. However, in no elegant restaurant I have seen such a cheap behaviour irrespective of the cuisine. Moreover literally every Indian restaurant gives rice when you order a gravy dish from main course. So it is in no way complimentary. It will be even written on the menu that everything is served with rice!! Finally they said we can give you big container this time but next time we will charge as if they were doing a huge favour. So, I refused and told then that as they believe that they are right, put that in my bill and I will pay for it. You can see in the picture of the bill that they have charged me 1.5 Euros for the container. It was never about money. It is about certain things that you expect from an elegant restaurant. Unfortunately, Kashmir Restaurant wants to be considered as elegant while acting like a cheap take away place!!!"

"Dieses Restaurant ist spannenderweise deutlich besser, als man auf den ersten Blick vermuten könnte. Direkt an einem Fitness-Studio gelegen ist das ein waschechtes italienisches Restaurant mit wirklich leckerem Essen, sehr aufmerksamen Bedienungen, einer angenehmen Kartengröße und fix sind sie auch. Da gibt es nicht zu meckern. Einzig die Parkplatz-Situation ist abends bisweilen etwas angespannt, aber da kann das Restaurant ja nichts für. Parking: Angespannt, bisweilen muss man 1-2 Straßen weiter parken. Wheelchair accessibility: Keine Automatiktür aber auch immerhin keine Stufen"

"ein Szenario, so was muss man sich nicht antun, eine italienische "Chefe" welcher bei einer Weihnachtsfeier den Überblick verliert und sein Essen nicht an den richtigen Tisch bringt, ein Hauptgericht auf das man 2 Stunden warten darf, ein Nudelgericht das mit der falschen Nudelsorte serviert wird, eine Calzone welche auf der Unterseite total verkohlt ist, das Hauptgericht "lieblos" auf den Teller geknallt ohne entsprechende "Deko", ein Wein von der Genußklasse ungenießbar sowas kann man nicht weiter empfehlen.Das beste noch zum Schluss, Beim Bezahlen wird einem am Schluss oder jedemder kein Bier getrunken hat oder sich nicht wehrt noch eine Flasche Mineralwasserum 4,50 Euro angerechnet!!Ein tolles event oder ist jemand anderer Meinung ???"
