"I discovered Il Cascinetto more than a year ago and it immediately became part of the places I love. The first experience I tried was the classic dinner in the orchard, an evening in romantic atmosphere with live music, in an informal and handy environment. Dine with the soft lights of the orchard surrounded by the apples, tasting a menu km 0 with the simplicity typical of the farm but satisfying at quality level, flavors and portions. After this first positive experience, I started following Il Cascinetto and the various initiatives proposed, one of these is the outdoor cinema that I had the opportunity to try this summer. An impeccable evening where you leave for a few hours the frenzy of everyday life to enjoy a movie or, as in our case, to return children with Disney fairy tales. All of it by eating an apericena in a cassette complete with agrifocaccia (one of their specialties, pop horn refills, taralli with ostrich salami (their strong piece, being breeders of African ostrich and baked cream. On this occasion I also tasted their apple cider that was really delicious. Having always had positive experiences I decided to organize here my 30th birthday, which was really spectacular. Marta was always very helpful in explaining everything in detail, and she was able to organize everything perfectly, thanks also to Sofia who took care of the wonderful setting. Despite the weather, Marta managed to find a solution to the height. We had dinner in the lavender in a magical atmosphere, with a rich buffet served at the table that satiated all the guests. In addition to being a very important moment for me that I will always remember and of which I have been satisfied in everything and for everything, all my friends have also been. Also during the year there are various initiatives such as the workshop of macramè, yoga classes, brunches, aperitifs or the most recent festival of pumpkin. On the site you will find all the updated and detailed information. For me The Cascinetto is not only a guarantee, but it is a special, magical place, in a simple atmosphere that warms the heart. The desire to do and love for what they do is perceived in the care of details and in the search for various initiatives to make us live special moments all year round. "carlo tree made the story of catering cream. the historic building in which the small has been located for decades is something unique in the cream: frescoed rooms, furnishings and furnishings make the location worthy of note. the outdoor garden, very well maintained, in summer it is very pleasant to swallow the dishes of the proposed tradition. interesting the possibility of agreeing a menu at prices that make excellent value for money. all the dishes included in the menu we agreed were very appreciated by all the commensali, also from intolerant to lactose, as well as the matched wine. the service to be “setting”: teenage boys were unable to give any description of the dishes, and eventually we had to look for a waiter to bring us sugar for coffee, apart from the mauritium waiter who was impeccable, ready, attentive, kind and prepared. P.S. a waitress when we got up, in the middle of the room where there were other people, he told us “Have you paid?” .This would be to avoid. also because we had obviously already paid half an hour before the owner and in any case, this would not be the “consona” mode."

"Devo fare i miei più sentiti complimenti alle ragazze che lavorano in questo locale. Sono giovanissime ma ne capiscono di ristorazione più loro di un qualsiasi imprenditore altezzoso. Il locale è curato e pulito. Il menù è scritto “alla buona” ma ci sono le indicazioni degli allergeni in ogni piatto: non è per niente scontato. C’è una grandissima attenzione al senza glutine e sono state davvero gentili nel servire al tavolo anche dei panificati alternativi senza che chiedessi nulla. Le portate proposte sono caserecce, ti fanno sentire come se fosse il pranzo della domenica ed i sapori sono quelli classici che non sbagliano mai. Il tortino al cioccolato e pistacchio era insuperabile. Forse manca un po’ di innovazione, oppure a volte bisogna sapere apprezzare qualcosa fatto con il cuore. Io ho trovato tanta attenzione, cordialità e cura nel loro lavoro e devo dire che davvero in rare occasioni ho ritrovato queste qualità. Il prezzo, per essere in piazza dietro al duomo è davvero onesto per ciò che offre. Spero di tornarci presto, anche se sono capitato qui per puro caso. Ps: se devo trovare il pelo nell’uovo… le sedie sono scomode"

"agrodolce experience in this restaurant in the heart of the neighborhood of the island that offers in a modern and urban atmosphere, a menu based on dishes of the Lombard tradition. really great mondeghili, crostoni and crush a little less. risotto with ossobuque made as a rule of art but the elephant ear was a little dry. the atmosphere is warm and intimate, with warm lights but the service is a bit cold and distracted. We had to get up from the table and look for a waiter to ask for coffee!"

"Autentica trattoria come quelle di una volta, in cui la personalità del patron si identifica con lo stesso ristorante. Tutto sembra , a primo acchito, lasciato un po ' al caso.. Location anonima, apparecchiatura basica, cortile esterno rustico, menu scritto a mano come si scrive la lista della spesa, servizio come si servirebbe a casa in famiglia, nessun formalismo, ... ma è proprio questo il bello nel venire ed accomodarsi qui. Sembra di essere accolti come si può venire accolti da amici confidenziali in una casa. L 'empatia, la competenza, la modestia e la cortese disponibilità dell 'oste sia nel venire incontro ai clienti, sia nel coinvolgere i commensali; la scelta delle materie prime; l 'esecuzione sapiente e ghiotta di ricette di piatti rustici e territoriali; i prezzi corretti. Ci si deve venire senza fare paragoni con altri ristoranti., ma solo appellandosi alla poesia che ne trapela. Questa è una vera trattoria a sé stante, che deve essere capita da chi la sa capire; da provare almeno una volta, ma se si prova si ha voglia di tornare!"
