Turning around L’Aquila coming from the North, we came across this trattoria... Angus meat served on lava stone, grilled vegetables, house wines, fruit.. 20€. Without infamy and without praise... The good meat, however, remains the doubt that it was “cut” with sheep meat....

I was looking for a place to have lunch while I was waiting for a family member coming out of the clinic Villa Letizia which is 1 km away. I've been following the reviews and I have to say that I've been central. I found two very kind and cute gentlemen who pampered me and prepared some pappardelle with the porcini and saffron strepitose and an extra fabulous mixed grill. Really affordable prices. A place immersed in the countryside of Abruzzo, grills and silence, a familiar and welcoming climate and a large parking space for customers. Strepitosis antipasti crostini and an unforgettable first dish of homemade pappardelle with wild boar sauce, abundant and with lots of meat, cooked ad hoc as the old times ... excellent oil with chili that is served to accompany. Cleaning and warm and familiar environment. We stayed a couple of times in our holiday in the area ...recommended to all those who love authentic flavors and high quality products.

We stayed with a group of friends at lunch, about 20 pax Fixed menu 20 euro Antipasto: 1 slice of raw, 1 slice of lonza, 1 piece of cheese, 3 snocciolate olives and 2 slices of meat cicolana Quality from home environment First dish: virtues teramane That of virtue had nothing, cooked pasta, postponed back after discussion with the owner. Second: lamb and sausage and salad. Not hot or cold. Sweet and bitter even the shadow. Coffee and drinks included. Wine= vinegar I do not recommend this restaurant for the quality of raw materials and for the preparation. I don't understand anything about the owner, but I don't even make dishes at home.

We go on a Thursday evening at the end of August in this place that I already knew 4/5 years before and of which I kept a good memory. We arrive and first surprise: restaurant pizzeria but tonight we don't have pizza... and I'm making money you can stay. We decide to dine and here comes the beautiful indeed the ugly. A menu with about 10 sheets, two drinks, two of restaurant and about 6 pizzas and then we opt for two portions of bruschette and a big appetizer; you can't do it because you can't make bruschette. if the pizza oven is turned off foul in the normal oven compartment and then two starters for 4 people.
