Ice Gem Gelato - Menu

I've been here twice and have found the service a bit odd both times The first time I popped in to try a gelato to take away.

Milkshake was okay, not as thick as I thought it would be But the waffle was TOP NOTCH. Very nice, friendly staff and will be ordering again.

Came here a year ago on Valentine's day, have been there almost every week since!! Everyone is so nice and the place it spotless, and the food looks just as amazing as it tastes! I can't rate this place high enough, I absolutely love it.

Very nice friendly staff, one of the best waffles. Loved the vanilla ice cream. Stylish waffle serving. What's really amazing is that the shop is spacious. Didn't have time to take photos for the dishes as they were gone in a glimpse. Hope they keep it up.

Out of 6 desserts ordered 4 were incorrect and/or did not come with the combo option ie, Sorbet or Ice cream. Venue does not take phone calls and chat seems to be nothing but a bot. No response to issues mentioned. Would not recommend. Cookie dough was inedible. Chocolate Brownie Cake very nice. Waffles fresh but no combo bits sent.

This is a nice place on the high street. I live in london so I frequent many desert parlours and this one is up there. Prices are friendly, management are too! I felt like it was a family run establishment, which is a plus for me. The Oreo cake was incredible. We had to wait a bit for the desert (waffle) but it was worth it. Will definitely be back.

I took my son here for ice cream, we had a lovely welcome from the staff members working on arrival. There was a huge choice of ice cream, sorbets, waffles, cakes and crepes and they all looked delicious! We sat inside and had our ice cream and sorbet and it was honestly top quality! I had a gorgeous coffee to finish made by a staff member, he bought it to my table after we sat down. The service was really good, food and drinks are excellent and it was clean and spacious inside the shop. Thanks so much, we will definitely be back again!

POOR HYGIENE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID!!!! Ordered a waffle and cookie dough to take away when we opened our desserts the cookie dough looked poor but thought we would give it a go, started eating found one hair, these things happen so started to eat around it, found another hair then another. By this point was put off so taken it back, girl on the counter said she cannot offer any refund and was actually laughing about it. I said well can I have a bottle of water as you’ve made me feel sick which she refused to accommodate. She rang her manager who also was refusing to give a refund.

So I'm on a mission to lose some weight and get healthy, my daughter was adamant she wanted to come here for dessert. We heard it was under new management, so we were a little apprehensive. However, I enjoyed it before, but I used always get a waffle. We walked in, and the new owner was there to greet us. He told me straight away there weren't any waffles available, and to have some would be a half-hour wait. The waffles were the reason we went. I almost walked out of there, but my daughter wanted the ice cream instead. So we were a group of My children made their order and enjoyed it; the youngest one went for that blue ice cream.
