Iacobucci - Menu

I had visited Iacobucci two years ago and I liked it, especially the kitchen I returned and found it grown not little, both in the kitchen and, above all, for the service in the room . Two of his most iconic dishes, cuttlefish and baba, are real masterpieces, among the best ever tasted. The price is entirely in line with the prices of other stars

Great location and place, surrounded by green on the outside. Elegant indoor, great waiters, attentive and really polite. Talking about the food, in my opinion was amazing, no mistakes in 10 dishes (i got the storico menu , incredible combinations, textures and flavours, also mentioning the platings and the crockery. Definitely a 10/10 experience, really recommended ;

One of our favourite 1-Michelin star experiences! The food, service and location were all amazing and it was impossible to choose which was my favourite dish out of the 10. I’m celiac and they were incredibly accommodating, adapting every dish to my gluten-free needs. The sommelier chose the perfect wine to accompany our menu. The price of the entire dining experience was very honest! We’d always come back!

MAKE SURE YOU KNOW BWFORE YOU GO! We made a reservation and had to cancel due to covid. We called the restaurant and let them know we could not attend. We were told they understood but then they charged us a cancellation fee. When we called back they denied the conversation. If they would have told us that we were going to be charged we would have had someone fill the spot. Very unprofessional. Will not go back and will certainly let everyone know ..... you have to cancel via their website, not by phone or in person.

I would recommend going somewhere else. We were charged $320 (USD) for getting sick and not being able to make it. We had to cancel the day before our reservation (called and emailed 1 day before our appointment in order to let them know), but they still charged us the full price. Additionally, they were not at full capacity, so it's not as though we were taking seats from others. Very unprofessional. I emailed them to discuss; however, I did not receive a response now that they have received our funds. I would understand a cancellation fee, but $320 seems extremely excessive.

I was last week at the iacobucci restaurant in villa zarri. I expected a much more elegant atmosphere, not so much for the environment, but for the management by the staff of the room. First of all, I find it absurd that the chef is at the reception to answer the phone and to welcome guests as in restaurants like this every figure has its role and we expect it to be carried out professionally. the menu that explores is worthy of a restaurant with a michelina star even if we definitely preferred the welcome starters and the Piedmont family, while the other dishes were not memorable. the matching of wines was not well understood. on average but I wouldn't come back

Yesterday I was at the wedding of 2 dear friends. Really unforgettable experience for how it was organized and for the quality of the chef's proposals, in a very elegant environment. We started lunch with a wide choice of finger food divided between baked products, fries and cheeses, very high quality of all raw materials, processed with great skill, accompanied by champagne Mondet , lambrusco di Sorbara, spritz Aperol and Campari and fragrant citrus water. Then we went to the table, dried with great care, barks cacio and pepper, pigs hazelnut and basil, fanastiche accompanied by Verdicchio dei colli di Jesi Doc Classico superiore , buonissimo. We were there upon a business trip in Bologna. (by the way is awful in Bologna there si ONLY 1 starred restaurant.. wer already ate there. The place is very attractive: location is an ancient villa near Bologna. Places are of historical value, and eating there is a pleasure. Menus are 2: the first is the gourmet proposal, and th second the vegetarian menu. This can be very limiting: if a guest wants to choose is not possible, and mainly on a second visit, what to eat?
